I had them do my oil change a couple months ago, now I’m trying to do my own but they tightened the oil plug super tight. I’ve tried everything, a wrench, a hammer, socket wrench. It’s not budging, mainly I heard some places tighten it more than usual so customers can come back and the workers can do it themselves and get money. I’m trying to save money here because oil changes are easy and affordable to do on your own. Yes, I’m happy they changed my oil for free. I’m just not happy on how stupidly tight they closed my oil plug.

Christian Brothers Celina is great to work with. They looked at my vehicle and gave me recommendations on what needed to be done and included prices. I was able to do a couple of things at a time. They are so good at communicating about how long it will take and getting me back in my vehicle. Thank you!

Their team was quick to diagnose what was going on with my vehicle, and did not try to oversell me on things that I didn't need. They also gave me information on services I could receive that may help so that I could make the best decision for myself going forward. Their whole staff is friendly, and waiting for my vehicle to get serviced was in a relaxing environment. They also offered a ride home in case my car needed to stay overnight. 10/10 would definitely be coming back!

Clayton was amazing checking me in for my oil change! Eric checked me out when the oil change was done. The waiting area was very clean and they had cold water and coffee. The whole team was very nice. Would definitely recommend this Christian Brothers.
