2 starts only because I was waiting outside for 30 minutes for the store to open to buy a limited edition skateboard deck, and as I walked in at exactly 11 am (the stores posted opening time) they immediately sold out. There was a line all before the store opened. Obviously I’m upset I didn’t get the thing I came for, but I don’t understand how someone is supposed to have a chance if they sell out before the store opens :(

Just really want to thank Skylar for helping me with my daughter's skateboard deck been deliver to the Round Rock outlets she was awesome on keeping me updated on the shipping status. I love the fact that this zumiez has a board shop in the back it feels super nice. My biggest gripe with zumiez is that they don't carry 2XL in store so all I can do is buy hats or look for designs I like, to then order online and ship to my house.

Went to try and get a gift for my girlfriend and wasn’t greeted or helped. Cool I mean I get it it’s a bunch of kids working. But one girl I believe her co worker said her name was Yelena or yellow was pretty terrible. Flirting and chatting up a guy when a customer has been waiting to be helped for over 20minutes is annoying. And when I had asked for help I was met with blank stares and dry responses. I’ll keep my business at a REAL skate shop.
