The wait time was short, the process for the transfer was clear and the girl knew exactly what she doing. However, her attitude left something to be desired. She did not seem like a happy or even slightly happy person. I wasn’t expecting a hug or anything but wow. But what do you expect at the tax office!

Julie and her teammate were great to work with as we build here in Texas. Thank you for the warm welcome and knowledge of the area. Also, very impressed how fast the lines flowed with the numbering process. I thought I would be there for hours...only took 30 minutes to get to my turn in line with a few 100 in the lobby.
