Seeing this shop for years… today was the day I needed help replacing a small diamond that fell out of a pinky ring.Firstly. Cassie is the woman who reached out and offered help. She is pleasant, personable and perfect… She assessed what I needed in addition to replacing the stone. I felt very comfortable in her care.Additionally, the shop is lovely and the entire vibe is one of professionalism and friendly.Looking forward to getting my ring back AND spending money on the many offerings they have.MO

They enlarged the size of my wedding ring and also added a U ring to help keep my ring from sliding around. It fits amazing! And they were able to get it done for me before my vacation. Love their customer service!

When I proposed my expectations for a custom ring I was assured they could make the piece as desired. I was only mildly pleased with the result as most of my expected design was apparently beyond their ability. While a decent representation of my design, it did not result in both my expectations and their positive claims it could be accomplished. The owner contacted me to make my design perfect and immediately began creating a new ring; their understanding of historical significance with heraldic design created the most perfect heirloom for me to pass on to future generations. To go above and beyond as did they speaks volumes to their integrity and commitment to excellence.
