I'm updating my review to take a star away. I was so happy that they actually had someone brush the front of my car, but his half-hearted measures did NOTHING to remove bugs from the front of my car. I still don't feel like my car is clean after the carwash, as I stated in my original review below.
I like that they provide towels and cleaning products, but I wish they did a better job of cleaning bugs off the front of the car. I don't feel like my car is really clean afterwards. At least I have the membership, so I can wash it more frequently.

I had a bad experience on 04/27/2024, I went into the car wash with my car and I don't know how but the machine broke both rear view mirrors of my car, at the time I was well attended to, they asked me to rest assured that the damage would be repaired However, days later I was informed that go carwash would not pay for the repair due to the fact that my car is a 2009 car and the insurance does not cover it and that I should be left with the loss, I do not recommend this place, poor service in my case.

The car wash itself is fine, but the membership is such a nightmare. I got talked into signing up during a promotion but rarely used it so I decided to go ahead and cancel. They make it sound easy to cancel by going online but their website says “eCommerce is temporarily unavailable. Please check back soon”. Ive been checking it for MONTHS and this has never changed. Now I’m trying via phone call. After a minute of holding they force me to leave a voicemail and say “someone will reach back out to me”. Last option is to drive all the way in person. I wont be surprised if I get met with some other obstacle that delays cancellation. Seems like scam tactics to keep sucking your money as long as possible. I highly recommend paying once per wash

My family and I are thoroughly impressed with Mike and the whole crew at this location! We have been coming here for years and with the transition to GO Car Wash we will continue to bring our vehicles here! We really appreciated Mike taking the time to ask us what we like and what can improve - highly recommend this location.

Used to love this car wash. Ever since it switched over to Go, the quality has gone down. My car barely looks clean and the two vacuums that I tried to use barely worked. It used to be a well maintained place to go.

New ownership...massively increased prices. Vacuums haven't worked for months, and neither has underbody wash. These guys are insane, will absolutely be looking for an alternative.
