My experience with the pharmacists at this location has been very positive. The 2 or 3 I’ve dealt with, especially the one there daily, have been a bright light in a sea of corporate care-less. They are kind and professional and make you feel like you are at a small hometown pharmacy where they actually care. I have had a couple of issues where Walmart has not had medicine available and I have to wait a day or two. Walmart certainly should work on supply issues related to communication with the pharmacy staff; for instance, the staff should never have to say they do not know when a certain medicine will arrive. However, Walmart is pretty good about sending text updates letting you know if there is an issue so that at least you don’t make a wasted trip. And, although this can be frustrating depending on the urgency, just having the pharmacist 1. recognize the issue, 2. show common courtesy and concern that you need the meds, and 3. not wanting to waste your time, goes a very long way. It took a trip to the H‑E‑B pharmacy on Ronald Reagan and the excessively rude pharmacist/staff there to appreciate these - what may seem like basic - gestures and write this review!

I switched from 620 to Whitestone , soon realized that the Staff has big mouth and small minds. Very rude people.

We had MMR and TDAP vaccines at this location on Aug 24 2021 around 7:30-8:30pm from Michael Auriger I believe as per the signature in my report. She took very good care of us in giving the vaccines with much pain. Because my wife had a severe pain and cried out when she took first dose at H‑E‑B University Blvd, RR location and we where very nervous taking 2nd dose. But taking vaccines from Michele Auringer went smoothly and we are very happy to recommend this location of 2801 E Whitestone Blvd Cedar Park, TX

I honestly don't know what I would do without my Walmart Pharmacy team. I've had all my prescriptions here for at least 5 years. Not only have they gone above and beyond to help me, I feel like they actually know who I am and care how I am.My boyfriend usually picks up my prescriptions and they know him too. Last week I had been sick for a week. I called today to ask about a prescription and they asked if I was feeling better. He had told Judy and she remembered.I know many people rail against Walmart in general, but I absolutely love this store and these people!!!.

Absolutely amazing service. The pharmacy technician on duty, Randi, was wonderful and helped my wife out. We came here, straight from the urgent care and this pharmacy was closing in literally one minute. She went out of her way and did an emergency fill. Thank you so much Randi, keep up the good work!!!

I'm really surprised there are some bad reviews of this pharmacy. I've always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Also never had any problems with my prescriptions.

We always receive great service here. But today we were attended by Michelle around 10:00 am, and she was supper rude making ugly faces the whole time getting mad because we had some questions, clearly she doesn't care about customer service.

Always very very freindly, fast service. My only complaint would be how often they run out of my medication and i have to wait for them to order it and how often their system goes down but the people that work there and their prices are much better then cvs or walgreens.

We purchased an EPI pen from Walmart pharmacy but they tricked us because we didn't think to look at the expiration date. It was valid when sold but it expired a few months later. Normally they are good for at least a year and since this isn't like other drugs/meds, the expectation is for the device to be available when needed during an emergency situation. Since insurance only co-insures one per year on our plan, we had to pay several hundred dollars for a non-expired one and discard the one they sold us. Apparently this is quite common for pharmacies to pawn off their nearly expired products on to consumers. We won't use Walmart pharmacy again because their questionable business practices ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. However, if you're there for a $4 generic, I'm sure it's fine for that purpose.

Gave it 3 stars because i actually wanted to review the pharmacy on Walton Way in Cedar Park, TX, but they do not have a page. Because they would have received less stars. I've been visiting this pharmacy for at least 4-5 years for various medications and today I had an exceptionally negative experience. I take Synthroid because I have an autoimmune disease(Hashimotos) so it is extremely important for me to take my medication as directed unless i want to onset symptoms. I called the pharmacy to request a refill on synthroid, and was told that I couldnt receive until the following day, which was going to be a problem because I had just ran out that day. ***For the last 4-5+ years of going there, i could call in the morning and they will have the medication ready same day. I was never told during those 4-5+ years that I should call 3 days in advance** So the pharmacist says that i have to wait till tomorrow (which is a problem because I HAVE to take Synthroid in the morning for a number of reasons that is to hard to explain through this) I explain that it is absolutely necessary that i pick it up that evening, and she says okay I can give you partial... what? So i say okay and show up like 9 hrs later (i go to school fulltime) and it isnt prepared and the pharmacists are just socializing. The attendent looked at me crazy when i asked for the partial amount of medication i was allowed o get. So i wait, and the attendent comes back and is like "they were able to get the full order" Wait what? So you DID have the Synthroid in stock, you lied to me and said I'd have to pick it up next day and said I should call 3 days in advance when for the 4-5+ years no one has ever said that? I'm not sure if she was trying to teach me a lesson, but a simple suggestion would have done it. Having an autoimmune disease is serious business, so if you have the medicine in stock, please don't lie to me. I work and go to school and I'm exhausted as it is without the addition of a missed dose's side effects. I will call in 3+ days in advance, but at a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a joke! They gave us someone else's medications then they didn't mix the antibiotic so I had to make several trips. On top of that they had horrible customer service. Seriously go somewhere else to fill a prescription!
