I brought my Rx’s in directly from being discharged from the hospital. They said my Rx’s were photocopies and would not fill them. They were in fact legitimate Rx’s from the hospital and they made it very difficult to fill my Rx’s that I NEEDED. I would give one star but I’ll give three because the GoodRx discount.Do better.

When my dad got out of the hospital we had to get him a prescription immediately. Unfortunately, he uses the va and nothing every works out with them. After driving around and trying several different pharmacies, we ended up talking to Christopher at Walmart. He went out of his way to help us when no one else would. It was obvious he truly cared even though he didn’t even know us. We were able to get my dad’s prescription by paying out of pocket but with a discounted rate with something Christopher found. We are beyond grateful. Thank you, Christopher.

Walmart is the worst. Texas rules have gotten out of hand with they're stupid controlled substance rules calling Lyrica a controlled substance is asinine. Since I used my leftovers from previous months, I find myself in a predicament where I need my pills today but they won't allow me to use my good rx card. Unreal. I will never be using this pharmacy again. Lame. Look how many one stars they have. And the amount of 5 stars must be from people who really don't take important meds monthly!

This store on Walton Way is the biggest joke of the stores around and Walmart practices on the online buying are idiotic they have no respect for customers time I have made purchases twice online from the Cedar park store on Walton way, the 1st item I bought arrived broken in 2 because they shipped it but did not packaged with packing materials. The 2nd time I ordered 10 durable good products, when I got there they had 3 out of the 10 products This store in particular seems to have incompetent management who don't care about wasting the consumers time with promises of products and being unable to deliver on their promises when you arrive. Walmart does not even offer to reorder the undelivered goods and to call you when they arrive, instead they make you order goods over and over in hopes that maybe they have what you need. Most other places you order durable goods will tell you whether they have the products in stock before you even place the order. Each store has a inventory list available at all times but Walmart refuses to use it they would rather waist the consumer's time. My neighbor across the street has had the same problem with them. If I were you I would surely go somewhere else, someplace that actually cares about you not Walmart who doesn't care about you and doesn't even want to try to make things right.

Arrived before they closed at 11:00 (at 10:50), and a worker at the door blocked me from entering. He stood in front of the door and refused to let me in. The door wasn't locked, and I was clearly there before they were closing - but he told me I couldn't enter because in his words, "Our manager wants to make sure we have enough time to let the workers off their shift at a better hour." How sweet... but your hours say 11:00 pm closing - so are y'all going to update your hours to 10:50 closing time then, instead of 11:00? Avoid going to this location - and if this happened to you too, call it in to corporate so they know what's going on.

Always a mess, never fully stocked, you have to check yourself out because there are only 2 cash registers with cashiers left (the least you could do is give us a discount for doing your job for you), and the deli lady ignored me for 20 minutes with no one else there and then had the gaul to overreact when we asked for help claiming she didn't have eyes in the back of her head (she looked in my direction several times). Walmart used to be a great company. Sad it has become so poorly managed around the country.

Refused to fill my pain medication because she was too busy flirting with the gentleman in front of me for too long. “sorry, we close in 5 mins..” even though it was sent over electronically over 30 mins ago. Absolutely HATE this place. Stay away!

I picked up a prescription that is covered under Medicare Part B and usually costs $0. I was charged $85 instead. The pharmacist, Tim, told me it was because I had to meet the deductible. Meanwhile, the doctor's nurse had also called the prescription into an HEB pharmacy for some reason. I got a phone call from them, and they were going to charge me $36 for the same prescription and said that was to meet the deductible. In checking with a few Medicare supervisors, Tim never submitted the prescription to Medicare; instead he charged me $85 out of pocket. When I called Tim, he said he would check with Medicare, but he never did. He said he had a tech check instead. To this day, 60 days later, a claim has never been submitted to Medicare for this prescription.Today I went in to pick up another prescription for which I had a voucher for one free month. I called and told them that I had a voucher ahead of time. After driving 40 minutes to get there, the tech spoke with the pharmacist, Tim, and he was apparently baffled about how to process it. He told the tech to tell me that I had to call the number on the voucher to activate it, and they are only open M-F. Upon getting back in the car, I looked at the voucher, and it required no activation by me. The only telephone number on it was one for the pharmacist to call if he needed help processing it. I called Tim on the phone. It was apparent that he was caught in his own deceit and mumbled something about Medicare not taking it. The voucher was from the pharmaceutical company and nothing to do with Medicare.I will never go back to this Walmart pharmacy again. It is bad enough that the lines are always long and slow, but it has certainly lost any trust I ever had in them.
