I don't shop at Walmart for myself, I am a spark delivery driver so I do in store shopping, curbside pickup, and sometimes in-store pickup for general merchandise. This store is by far the most inefficient store I have ever seen in my entire life. Every time I've gone to pick up an order at curbside, it's at least a 45 minutes wait, and during that time 9-10 other people get their order before me. And when I go inside to shop, they're out of most of the stuff the customer orders so I have to substitute items or have to completely skip over the items if there are no valid substitutions. I don't know what the hell they're doing in there but their system is absolute crap and they need a complete overhaul, whether it be with management or the workers. Something's gotta give. Do better Walmart

The tens of thousands of dollars I've spent at Walmart's across the nation through my life comes to an end with this location. After an issue with an online purchase, the snippety rude woman at customer service compounding the issue by telling me "It's not Walmart's problem." and the complete lack of caring by the GM about the situation or his rude employees, I'll never spend another dime at any Walmart again. I fixed my situation by buying a higher end item at Target for $200 more. It wasn't about the money but now it is and Walmart is done seeing any of mine again. Not that they'll notice or care but at least I'll know.

Do NOT order pickup from this location... I would assume they are so understaffed they can't support this service.... 20+ minute wait is unacceptable... this was 2nd time and last time to use this service. Just shut it down Walmart if you can't do work it.

I went to this store looking for a specific item that on line said was in stock. I get there and they have none. The first lady who came to me appeared to be a manager and said when the guys get here they will scan it because it is probably in the back. First guy comes up spent 10 min just trying to verify what we told him. It says in stock on internet but not in stock. Didn't want to look for it in back said he would never find it. Another guy came up and tried to help, tried to call around to other walmarts but told me its hard to get them to answer their phones if they do at all. He was right. After a half an hour of thumb twiddling he finally went to the back to look. This was my third Walmart that said they had product on line but you get there and they don't. Three hours driving to different walmarts because they wouldn't pick up their phones. I finally went to a more reputable place. Let this store die out.

Walmart is already a cesspool, this one in particular fails on all levels. Employees are obviously understaffed and it's reflected in their attitude. They were extremely busy the day I was there with 1 cashier who literally had to look up every item on their plastic sheet. Meanwhile they had another employee managing all the self checkout registers, as I watched almost every person checking out needed help with the self checkout. The managers here need to step up or resign.

If I could give 0 stars I would, all of the employees are rude and do not care about their customers. The service here is horrifying! Do not shop here, also do not do curbside nor delivery your order will ALWAYS be 2 hours delayed. This Walmart needs new management that actually cares about their customers.

This Walmart is HORRIBLE if you ordered for pickup/curbside. I waited at Pickup for over 45 min and no one came out to give my order. I can't even come inside to get it myself so ended have to wait longer until someone comes out. They don't even bother to pickup the phone in the pickup department when I called. Never have I had any problem with curbside pickup anywhere. Even a small restaurant can do much better in serving their customers for than this Walmart. Someone needs to do much better management at this location.

This walmart is a shame on the name of customer respect and service. I believe, one should never plan depending on their commitment to fulfill an order. I learnt it the hard way and to my surprise also learnt that how arrogant their staff could be about their inefficiency. I ordered a customized cake, ordered in person, at the store, took a screenshot of the order and planned my event completely convinced that I will get the cake the next day. The next day, there was no sign of the cake when I went to pick it at the agreed upon time. Their arrogant staff told me that they cannot do anything as the person who took the order was a new recruit, he made a mistake and actually order was never taken inspite of my screenshot of the order on their system. I do not understand how their IT infra works when an order is updated on system but actually not taken? what kind of nonsense is this. What kind of inefficient management they have who do not even bother to look at orders in the queue and act upon it. These people had absolutely no decency to atleast apologize to ruining my day and event by leaving me in a position where I could not find another cake at the last minute. Please do not order from here either online or in person. Do not rely on them for any services or for having any kind of responsibility towards what they commit.

Pretty terrible online order pick up experience. There is very little signage telling customers where to pick up online orders. The first sign you encounter is for pharmacy and it shares the same numbers as the online order pick up. Additionally the pickup area is hidden on the side of the store with no road access. There is literally only one poorly lit sign, at the very end of the parking lot, that tells you specifically to go here for online orders...but only after you pass the curbside pick up area for pharmacy. Yet another bad Walmart experience. In the future, I will happily pay 50% more at Amazon so I never need to shop with Walmart ever again.

I ordered a birthday gift for my nephews first birthday and had it delivered to my sister in Mississippi and they delivered it to the wrong place . Don't delivery driver have gps for address. Now I have to get a refund.

This place is like being in third world country. The people in here are the dregs of Cedar Park /Leander. Just look at the way people are dressed. No cash registers open, they want you to use their self checkout which means you basically work for Walmart when shopping there. Produce and meat dept are below avg, not good quality. And if you can find an employee there hopefully they do not work in another dept, they wont help you.

Don't waste your time ordering pickup online. I placed an order for several items that all said they were available in stock. I have been waiting for the confirmation to pickup, and the order has been cancelled. Don't even bother with this store, you'll waste your time.

There are no employees to help you! Literally no one! I finally found one in automotive only because there has to be someone in that section at all times, and he tried to get someone to help me, but that took at least 20 minutes! In total it took 30 minutes to find someone to help me out. Horrible! Why wouldn't they have at least one employee who specializes in that particular section working in each department at all times?????

Employees just don't care. That act like angry zombies and it's getting worst and worst. When I'm there "associates" speak bad about each other to their back but in front of customers. When I call in to for example the Auto department, they pick up and immediately hang up. If they turn away and turn off customers, who knows what's going on with say the new tires they install or products they sell.

They have no cashiers, you as the paying customer with NO training must work for Walmart too. I will never go to this location because they've gotten rid of people at the cash register.
