Nice guy at the photo center, but the machine cut some of the lettering on my picture captions. I wasn't able to complain, because I was on my way to a meeting...which required a portfolio of the photos.

Today is probably the last timr I will go to this (or any) Walgreens. I have received prescriptions and vacinations from them in the past, but something has changed! I made an online appointment to get the latest Covid shot at 11:00 (they suggest showing up 15 min before). I had to stand in line at the pharmacy before they registered me at 11:15. They never mentioned that they were an hour behind. The tech would come out and give a shot to a customer and then go back and service the drive up, or do something else for about 45 minutes and get on with the next vacination. I was finished at 12:15. What is the point of making an appointment?

Do NOT schedule a vaccine here. The pharmacy staff are wonderful, but between the office paperwork and the walk-ins, we wound up waiting for over an hour with no chairs and no phone service, despite having appointments.

Not sure who the rude redhead was I just encountered but I’m glad I don’t shop regularly here. If you don’t like your job get another there’s plenty out there.

STILL.... Worse service ever and rude employees in the pharmacy! Unbelievable how rude they are and for them to tell me they are "extremely overwhelmed!" And that my prescription fell thru. If that's the case find a new job because you suck at it!

On 2/15/23 at 3PM the pharmacist on duty refused to fill a valid prescription because it was handwritten. the clerk had verified my husband's ER visit but still she wouldn't fill it because she "could lose her license for filling a handwritten prescription." What is the control number for? Meanwhile, my husband had sat at home with level 10 pain from a broken kneecap for 18 hours while this pharmacy sat on the prescription. People's had no problem filling it in 15 minutes. So, after 20 years of doing business with this location, I am breaking up permanently with Walgreen's. It's not me, it's you.

Worst pharmacy of all time meds sent to location 5 hours prior for same day.Showed up 5 hours later. Waited 35 mins in line in the drive through, was told it was not ready for an additional 10 mins. There was only 3 cars in front of me. From the get go during light traffic hours.Had to press call button multiple times. Could hear the employee talking smack the speaker was on and she had nothing nice to say about her job and would ignore customers. I spent a hour and 20 mins in the drive through. What is this place doing they suck so bad!!!!Don’t get ur meds here

Female pharmacist working 2/15/23 refused to fill a handwritten prescription with a control number. They sat on it for 18 hours while my husband was suffering level 10 pain from a broken kneecap and then refused it. People's filled it in 15 minutes. Walgreens either makes no provision for electronic systems being down or this pharmacist couldn't care less about the patients, maybe both. Either way, after 20 years, I'm done with this store.

If I could leave no stars I would. I'm about to stop going here. The little lady at cashier is always rude. Acts like us customers are putting her out. I try to avoid her register as much as possible. I'm about to either go out of my way to get to next walgreens or just switch to CVS.

This Walgreens takes nearly 2 days to fill or even refill prescriptions! In terms of needed pain relief, I do not recommend this location. Pharmacist also used language as if profiling, and even called me to question why my provider has me on one of the medications?!!

Worst Walgreens in history. 1 tech to check out a line all around the corner, and just slow as slow can be. No sense of urgency. Standing on concrete for half an hour, then when I get to the window, the tech says "oh we just received your prescription, should be about 2 hours." Me: "2 hours? Seems like a long wait for 1 order." So I live 10 minutes away and decided to head home and rest, and as soon as I get home, my app goes off and my prescription is ready. How's that for...pitiful?

I just love this Walgreens. The staff is always helpful and very kind. Mujgan Gurbuz the pharmacist is one of the most wonderful person and always ready to help. She notice that one of my medications was a double douse. No wonder I was not feeling well. So thank you to all the pharmacy department

I am SO disappointed in this store. The wait for prescriptions/appointments is far too long and it takes them days to fill a prescription to the point that they have to do partial refills or send customers to other locations. I had a MENTAL HEALTH refill sent in on the 11th and heard nothing from anyone so I walked in on the 14th and was told they'd get started on it immediately but that it'd take 30 minutes because it's in a time controlled safe. I came back an hour later and was told the exact same thing by a different pharmacy tech, so they obviously made no effort to start on it as previously stated. Despite being given that 30 minute timeframe again, I sat there waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes only to be told they don't have it in stock and the only explanation I got was that "the computer system has been wonky" yet that's not a true excuse because they track controlled substances on paper and don't need the computer in order to type a code into a safe. It baffles me not only that it took a pharmacy THREE DAYS to inform me that my medication was delayed but also that multiple staff members had NO IDEA that it was even out of stock, which forced me to go a whole week without it. This is such a disgustingly irresponsible way to handle controlled substances and mental health medications that cause withdrawal as well as affect a person's mood, anxiety, and depression if stopped abruptly. I will NOT be going back.
