This place is pretty good, but you walk in and you don’t take a number and nobody jots your name down, so you just sort of hope you’ll be next in line. The store is a little older and not as modern as I thought it would be. I expected it to be nice, clean and updated. The staff is pretty good, but clearly overwhelmed and you could sense it on them. It seems everything here needs a refresh.

Staff has zero customer service training. Won’t even say Hi. Currently 3 out of 5 customers are just leaving the store tired of waiting.
There is not enough employees to handle customers that come into this store. The guy that checks people in is useless. His job can be handle by a kiosk and put him to work actually helping customers.
We I can in it took 15 min before guy guy can out to check anyone in. He walked out from back and said “who’s next”. I said me he asked what I was there for. I told him, he said about 15 min. And went to next customer.
45 min later I left without being helped (note at least 2 others left before me for same reason.
The manager of this store should be fired. Running a store like this advertises you are closing the store permanently soon.

I’ve called multiple times and there seems to be no way to talk to anyone that is associated with this store. And when you talk to the chat or a live agent, they can’t answer any questions about what they have available in the store. It took over a half hour to find out that the chat not or call agent can’t answer the questions.

very rude staff. did not help me whatsoever. Right when i walked in one guy really made me feel like me walking in was an inconvenience. They made it seem like it was such a hassle to type in my phone number when looking me up & just said they couldn’t help me & didn’t really explain anything else to me. Just avoided me. All I wanted to do was return my old phone .. my new phone was already activated. The other Verizon store i called helped me right away with no issue. I understand if you have had a hard day but don’t take it out on others & don’t just leave someone hanging . You made me cry ?

I ended up in this store after pure frustration after trying to deal with Verizon on the phone and being transferred a million times with no one actually resolving my issue. I received absolutely garbage service through their phone system and reps. Verizon made two huge mistakes and long story short because of their mistakes with a cancelled phone order (within minutes of ordering it) and a porting request that was NOT cancelled - I ended up with Verizon service.
Dylan B in this location was the only one, literally in the entire company, that took ownership of the issue (and the challenge) and sat with me for a few hours to get me up to a point where I actually had a working cell phone with my normal number working. He even took the time to show me the new 5G service while we waited and recommend some new phone cases. I will say he was able to get much better phone support service when he has to call in for help and identified himself as an employee.
At the end of my store visit, I shook Dylan's hand, and said "Thank you, you are the only one who helped me".
So, if you are looking to visit this store for new services or help with your existing services, I highly recommend that you just ask for him directly and let him take care of you.
To the Verizon Corporate person that will be reading and responding to this review: I want you to forward my review to everyone from Dylan's direct supervisor and then everyone within three jumps of the org chart so they can see this. Dylan needs a his career path expedited. He has far greater potential to make an impact on the company in a greater role. Dylan is exactly what "Bench Strength" looks like and you need to act on it and invest in him.
Also to Verizon Corporate: You made two ultra major screw ups that have basically forced me to be with your carrier. I am respectfully asking that whenever my "return" is completed (that should have never been shipped in the first place) that the $50 restocking fee is waived. I also have two phone lines right now technically that had to be done as a workaround to fix your two ultra major screw ups... I want the temporary line that was created credited in full as I am not even using a second line.

I had been having problems with my phone all day and was not in a good mood. I walked in and it was very busy around 6pm, I waited about 15 minutes and was helped then . Zain was very helpful and knowledgeable. He truthfully turned my mood around and made my day! Very nice guy and fluent in helping me fix my issue. This had been my chosen location for years and I have never been disappointed

It's better to call customer service than visiting this store.. they dont like helping customers.. they are willing to handle only small requests if its little complex. They freak out and try to avoid it ..

Gentlemen who helped me was fine, but female supervisor in Dallas Cowboys shirt was offensive. She told me I could go to Georgetown or Lakeline if I didn't like the Dallas Cowboys. Very rude young woman, very rude!!!.

Went in to get help setting up a new Iphone and they were very unhelpful. They wanted to charge me $30 to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone. What a ripoff. I told them that I would go down to AT&T for help and they didn't try to help at all. If you want very poor customer service, go to this Verizon store.

This store is ridiculous with poorly trained staff, the owner is delusional assuming that others are responsible for their poor training & lack of communication. They also attempted to scam my elderly Mother with their lack of service due to internal issues. Thankfully she's still cognizant, literally avoid this location & do not let your vulnerable people go alone.

Verizon your internet Sucks I am trying to do works in my house with your 5G internet or something BUT ITS SLOWER THAN ANY OTHER INTERNET. Like bruh I am trying to play some games during weekend and it gives me 2000 ping!!!!! How do I even play? I thought it was connection issue so I called the verizon and wow the person that was on the phone was like, "its not my business" ?!? How could this be possible? The internet or wifi even LTE on phone is slow as HELL like when I am in the building SOS appears. Which is not understandable at all. When I am in the city its 1 level of connection. ? You guys have to fix your internet wifi LTE and everything in Austin Texas you know why? Because I hate you guys now. I am moving to another Wifi. Because of your terrible wifi I had a stupid worst day and experience for a month. I hope you guys tell your customer service members to help somethings with internet other than making it work
