I’ve taken my boy Nitro here 2 times now, and the clinic is extremely clean and nice. The Vets are awesome and good at explaining any concerns I have about my boy.

I took my English bulldog here, after going to 2 other places earlier that day. They were amazing all the way around, from customer service to how they treated my dog. They treat your animal like their own family, and it provided so much relief. My dog, Charlotte, loves them. I was even sent pictures of my animal as she was in the treatment area, one of them is attached to this review. They follow up with you, and keep their word. I absolutely recommend everyone take their animals to this location!

I can not thank Dr.Marshall and Beyoncé enough! Within 10 minutes of walking in we were in a private examination room. VCA went above and beyond to ensure my cat and I were both comfortable. Dr.Marshall was so patient and gentle with my anxious kitten who's had multiple surgeries in the past year and hates vets. Dr.Marshall kindly explained the treatment plan with me in ways that were easy to understand. She even went a step further to talk to me through his past medical issues and helped me gain more knowledge on what changes we could make in the future. I've never felt more confident walking out of a veterinary office. I would 100% recommended VCA to all pet parents.

I had an amazing experience with a veterinarian at this facility I'm just sorry i don't remember her name. I came here with my puppy a 12 week old great dane and they tested for parvo and unfortunately he was positive, the staff where very cautious even made me wait outside in my truck until they had a room ready. I called several vets to check in my puppy before arriving to this facility but all were very quick to say no. I am grateful there are still kind people that really are out there for our pets and not just a quick buck. Im happy to say my puppy made it with their treatment they sold me thanks guys my puppy rambo lives!!

Don’t fall into the trap of being “nice”. The facility is very nice, the staff is very nice, and I do believe they love animals, but at the end of the day the “care” we got was medically negligent. We had noticed an infection on our dogs elbow, and were not able to get into our regular vet, so we went to VCA Urgent Care Cedar Park. The vet was very “nice” but only wanted to prescribe a topical antibiotic. Our dog had some oozing from his elbow callous, swelling behind his elbow and it was painful for him. I am an RN, and well aware of how an infection can turn bad really fast, and I asked the vet repeatedly, was she sure a topical spray was strong enough, was she sure this would not go systemic? She was totally sure of herself, and sent us home with a mild topical spray. She offered Gabapentin for pain, but when we declined, offered no alternative. The next morning the swelling had progressed down his forearm. I had to figure out how to contact the clinic as there is no way to speak to a person on the phone and I had to find out through a vet tech the number I could text. I asked again, the swelling has progressed, does he not need an antibiotic? She again said no, offered Gabapentin, again, and said if it was worse we should go get x-rays, full diagnostics etc to “find something else” because surely it could not be the obvious infection in his elbow. So, later that day, when he started panting and acting lethargic, we took his temperature (105.2) and rushed him to an ER vet. They took one look at his elbow, and treated him for his clear infection. They were shocked he had not been prescribed an antibiotic. He is home now and healing, thank god, but if we had followed the advice of Dr. Crawford, he could have died from a treatable infection. I don’t know if it was Narcissism or pure negligence on her part. There was no reason not to prescribe an oral antibiotic. And why did she keep pushing Gabapentin, does she get a kick back? Why not offer a steroid or NSAID? It was a complete failure of care that could have cost my dog his life. I texted all this to the clinic- no response. I negatively responded to a survey they sent- no response. $190 for lack of care that led to a $1,000 ER visit. Go elsewhere to get proper care for your pet.

Our dog has unfortunately been to almost every urgent care in the Austin area and this by far has been the best service we’ve ever received. The director, Brittany, is so kind and hospitable and Sammy is also amazing! Highly recommend.

My experience at VCA was amazing. I came in really upset and they were so kind and supportive. Chelsea even helped me get my dog in the car and listen to me when I cried. Thank you for everything, Chelsea! You are and incredible person and I’m so grateful for you!

My dog was limping, and I couldn't get in to see my regular vet, so I brought him to VCA. They were so sweet and treated my pup like he was their own. Unfortunately, they discovered that he had bone cancer. Of course, I fell apart, but they were so supportive and helped me through the initial shock. I'm so grateful for Dr. Scibilia, Marlene, and Britney. If your dog or cat need urgent care, this is the place to go!

It seems that our Beagle got into something in one of the sheds in the backyard.Three days of the runs and a visit to VCA for a check-up and things are now looking much better.

My dog had an ear infection and the soonest our regular vet could see her was 4 weeks out. Rather than watch my poor pup suffer I looked around for someone who could see her sooner. When I called the emergency vet closest to me they said they were limited to the type of ear infection they could treat. I stumbled on a recommendation on Nextdoor for VCA urgent care. I checked in online, was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and after some brief info gathering was taken back to a room. Everyone was super friendly and the prices are comparable to other emergency vets in the area. Overall a pleasant experience!
