I had a missing package recently and they responded to my inquiry the same day and delivered the missing package the following day. I'm not sure what had happened to the package, but very thankful they fixed the issue immediately. Much nicer compared to Houston locations!

Twice in be week I have had packages marked delivered and not delivered. When I call, I’m told they’ll look into and call me back. Still waiting on both of those calls. I am continued to be told that sometimes misfires happen because some houses “have the same numbers” I am just out my money and packages. No wonder USPS is going broke

Service is very poor.. what's is needed : employee training on updated procedures on mail ,address changes, proper forms for address changes .. not 4 different people saying 4 different things.. im not from this area, I have the same poor service at my post office in the RGV..

Rude staff!Asian lady asked me do I want my package to get lost ? Since it wasn’t packed as per her standard. The prepaid label was very well taped to the box but she tried to rip off the tape to show me how badly it was packed. If that package doesn’t reach its destination it’s going to be cause of this lady intentionally ripping it off. Even if it wasn’t packed well , she could have very well conveyed this same information in a Un-rude way ! Will try and avoid going back to this location.

We were there to ask about a delayed overnight package and one Asian-look lady handled our case. Her service was unfriendly. I asked what we could expect and what would be the solution. She was annoyed and said she was working on it. She said it was delivered but I told her we missed a very important deadline. She still said that was a win-win. Very hard to communicate. Bad service. I didn’t expect to get an apologize for our delayed service, but at least clear communication and no judgement.

This is a solid post office. Any problems that occur are not the result of the people behind the counter. I find that they do their best to help solve problems.There's good parking here and a lot of mailboxes people can rent.

This 1 star is for Amy at the front desk. She is nothing else but rude, impatient and mean. If you hate your job so much, go back home and do not get the salary from customers’s tax money who you hate so much.

The staff was so friendly!! I needed to go by and get fingerprints done for a job, I was at the wrong location but all the ladies here went out of their way to help me and to give me accurate information. Above and beyond customer service, I was very impressed :)

They loose and deliver packages to the wrong address lately. But the phone is very helpful. For those who have a package that says delivered but you did not receive , call the usps number and listen until the robot lady says something about package. Your going to tell it the tracking number and of course, it will has already been delivered. Either say I have not received the package or she will state it as an option. After that the robot will instruct /fill out a missing package case and workers will get right back to you. I had this problem and received my package. My family members had the same problem to they called and got there’s that day, I hope this helps if your going though this problem.

What a miserable group of human beings who do everything they can to not help you. Be prepared for long longs and to walk out empty handed. Trying to get your mail from this post office is a lot like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football. You will try over and over again and still come away empty handed.I hate this Post Office with the fire of a thousand suns. Every day I wake up and hope I read on the news about how the Cedar Park Post Office was destroyed in some freak disaster overnight. It could be a small, localized tornado or a sink hole that opens up and swallows the building whole. That would be a happy day, and it would make everyone everywhere happy.
