My key to my mailbox stopped working and I required a new lock. The person behind the counter was very helpful. Advised it would take 2-5 business days to fix and was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed in 2 days.

I have utilized USPS in Cedar Park for 24 years and never had any issues. However, I will now be utilizing UPS for here on out until services improve. As a public servant myself I do understand difficulties arise, but I have never berated someone for utilizing my services as I just experienced today. I was so put off by the lack of knowledge, arrogance & treatment by a male customer service representative that I canceled my order midstream, left and went straight to UPS where I was treated with dignity and respect while also waiting less time & even paying half the price than what would have been expected from USPS at Cedar Park. When I called USPS at Cedar Park to share my experience and let them know my concerns, I was provided with excuses & validation for behaviors that were highly unprofessional, rude and certainly not helpful. Furthermore, I (plus neighbors) are continually having issues with negligently receiving (very personal) mail that does not belong to us and also not getting packages despite the tracking messaging stating the package was delivered. When I called to find out where the package was, once again, customer service made it appear as if I was in the wrong until I kept pushing back. I did report the negligence of the mail carrier in our neighborhood but, at this point with both of these recent experiences, I have lost faith in USPS in Cedar Park. I truly hope this rating and feedback begins a shift in their service & practices.

The workers here always strongly suggest and intimidate me to go with the more expensive option. It gets worse every time I visit. They prey on people who don’t know their rules. For example, they intentionally make you pay the price of sending a package when you could pay the price of sending a letter. I witnessed them verbally gang up and intimidate my friend into paying $10+ more. Just always remember to stand your ground.

Such a beautiful post office. Im having to drive very far to this location because the Lake Creek Parkway location is having issues. I shouldn't have to wait a week to get my package scanned as accepted after drop off. If your getting extra traffic at this location its due to 10109 Lake Creek Pkwy having issues. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this.

My lord! How is the post office is business still. Ask two different employees there the same question and get three different answers. They really need to brush up on their training around that place. Because no one seems to know what they are doing.

Trying to pick up a missed package from here is a nightmare. I was waiting in front of the customer pick up line for at least 10 min, rang the buzzer multiple times, still nothing. And the guy comes out and has an attitude. Horrible customer service

Not only did they tell me I had to go with the expensive 2 day shipping, they lost my package. And then said "well you should have gotten more insurance." I'm getting $37 for something I spent $300 on. They are the worst company, please, if you care about what you are sending, DO NOT USE THEM.

I've always had a great experience at this post office. Their packing supplies are always well stocked and the line moves very quickly. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I had a missing package recently and they responded to my inquiry the same day and delivered the missing package the following day. I'm not sure what had happened to the package, but very thankful they fixed the issue immediately. Much nicer compared to Houston locations!

Twice in be week I have had packages marked delivered and not delivered. When I call, I’m told they’ll look into and call me back. Still waiting on both of those calls. I am continued to be told that sometimes misfires happen because some houses “have the same numbers” I am just out my money and packages. No wonder USPS is going broke
