I wish I could give 0 stars but 1 star will do.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK.
I have been seeing reports of customers dealing with increased fraud lately at USAA bank. If you are considering doing business with USAA, you should definitely search for that online to read about it for yourself before making a decision. Today I woke up to find that a check had cleared my account for a significant amount that does not have my signature or my name on the check. When I called USAA, the representative acknowledged that this check was not signed by me or any signature authority on my account and was not written to an entity that I have any association with (out of my state). A dispute was filed but I won't receive the missing funds for 2-3 business days. So a large amount of money was removed from my account that was not authorized and it will take up to 3 business days to return? I asked for a temporary credit until the investigation was concluded and I was told no. I have been a customer of USAA for 30 years but I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. When I told the representative this the response was, "If you would feel more comfortable with your money at another financial institution then you should definitely do that." So much for customer retention. This bank has historically been on the cutting edge of many services and policies, including remote banking (back in the day I would receive 3.5" floppy disks in the mail with banking client software updates) and ATM fee reimbursement (so I never had to worry about ATM fees). Very sad to see how far they have fallen. I never would have guessed that USAA would degrade so much that I would even consider moving my accounts.
Please save yourself some trouble and find a different bank.

Took a change despite the bad reviews, and upon arrival it’s dead not even on. One of the reasons I’m leaving USAA. What’s the point of using them as a bank if their ATMs are abandoned?

“This ATM is temporarily unavailable. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.” For more than a week now.

I drove to this ATM and it allowed me to deposit cash. I went to another USAA ATM inside Walgreens and was disappointed.

Atm works just fine, it is picky about the bills. They need to be crisp.the location is the issue. It's between collectors crossroads and chili's, behind pluckers

Depositing cash doesn't work. Don't waste your time coming here.

Depositing cash did not work. Got all the way to where it said to "flatten cash" right before depositing it and upon hitting "continue" it just said that couldn't be done and sent me back to the starting screen. Tried 3 separate times. No luck.

Works fine for me. Wish USAA would build more like this that take cash deposits.

Very easy to use, especially if you have cash to deposit, use the phone app for depositing checks. You have to insert a USAA credit/debit card, so may not be very useful for others to deposit cash to your account. Only accepts up to 30 bills at a time, so plan to take longer if you have more to deposit, or use larger bills. One round of deposit took about 5 min, flatten your bills before arriving to go faster.

The map is wrong - the ATM is located to the right of Collectors Crossroads when facing the store from the front. The ATM is a drive up ATM.

Map is wrong. Just like Aaron said. It’s there but difficult to find.

It was too hard to find. Nowhere does USAA state it's right outside Collector's Crossroads. Features cash/check deposit. The interface is very, very slow.
