We had to return some Amazon packages today. There was one lady working , the line was stacked to the door. The sweet young lady was on top of her game! She was knowledgeable, fast, and all with a smile. I recommend giving her a raise or some sort of praise !

Super fast Amazon returns, even during the super busy after Christmas time. We had to return 3 items and had our QR codes ready to go, items not packaged, and had no issues. This is my go-to Amazon return place and my college care package mailing place. I'm in and out in no time. Yes, it's pricey, but not much different than USPS, with virtually no line and no waiting. Can't complain!

How can you have a drop for USPS but you took away that for labeled UPS and make me stand in line. Your folks are always nice.

This is the worst UPS I've ever been to. Incompetent, slow service and overpriced. I would rather deal with USPS than this UPS location.

Shipped a package 2-day in September to Michigan. At no point did the employee inform me this was not guaranteed. Package took 4 days to arrive after going to California. Contacted UPS for refund. They said to contact store because I shipped through the UPS store. Emailed store and Kevin Allen, the owner, has not responded. Maybe he could train his employees to upsell and communicate appropriately. I understand that stuff happens but it's pretty egregious for the package route to be so inefficient and UPS and this store take zero responsibility. I picked UPS intentionally because I thought I could trust them. Lesson learned; I recommend avoiding this location. I bet Kevin will be faster to respond to this critique than he was to an email request for dialogue. Is it so hard to be transparent and competent?

Based on some of the reviews, I was almost afraid to go this location. But when I entered, There was one customer at the counter and the employee was very polite to her. Then it was my turn and he (Julian) was sooooo nice and soooo helpful and (one more time) sooooo cheerful. The documents I was entrusting to UPS for overnight delivery are of the utmost importance. I will gladly return to this location on Parmer Lane. Thanks, Julian!!

Since the new owner took over, I do not like going here. I’ve left the place 3 (out of five) times feeling mis treated as a customer. Todays trip ended with a clerk yelling instructions at me as I left the store, while 3 other customers were waiting for service. And I thought she was the nice one. Use to love the place and employees. Oh well. Hope your experience is better than mine.

I come to this location mostly for Amazon returns. The employees are always attentive and polite and always give me the receipt. Even when the line is long, the line moves fast.I've been to other UPS stores and FedEx stores, but none of them are friendly like the people at this UPS store.

I don’t know the gentleman’s name dark hair, long, has a beard that is short. He is a top notch worker and is a genuine good person. Not only that but I will always come to this store just from one interaction with that man. Thank you again if you see this review!

Employee 237199 was very unprofessional. I was lied to about UPS not having mailers. She didn't bother to explain the insurance policy. She even had an attitude because she had to redo the order. Rude and uncalled for.

Customer services has plummeted at this location. They gave me someone else's package, then claimed I stole it when I tried to correct the issue.This was after providing my ID they allegedly validated against the item at initial pickup. Attempts to contact management were denied due to the claim "they can't provide personal info". I even clarified I don't want there personal contact, but they continued to refuse.Specifically the employee Shaun is unqualified to work in a customer facing position as he claimed his coworker Julian's egregious mistake was theft on my part. I am honestly baffled to be slandered by a business's representative when addressing there mistake.

We walked in needing a form notarized, five minutes to their closing time. We were informed notary services stop an hour before closing. As we were walking out, James asked to see the form we needed notarized and said he could do it because it would not take too long being it was just a single page. He was friendly, courteous and professional, overall awesome! Thank you for the great service!

Today I stopped by this store needing help printing medical papers from my, My Chart app.on my iPhone. Javier was the most attentive person. He went above and beyond helping me figure this out. So kind and thoughtful I am forever grateful!! Highly recommend this store! Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer empathy is least. Avoid going there and choose some other store if you can, and save your day. Along with good reviews also pay attention to bad ones, being disrespectful is one shine out. Some of the latest ones seems like paid reviews, as everyone starts “I don’t usually write”
