I went to Ulta this Saturday and was very upset about the experience I had this day. I love this store and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here until this weekend. I don’t know the managers name but that day she was wearing a long pink/magenta dress and she was so incredibly rude. I wanted to use my points and the cashier needed a managers authorization, when radioed she came up to the front when one of the cashiers asked kindly “did you hear me over the radio” when the manager responded “Yes I heard you I chose not to respond” and walked away and never came back. I then had to wait almost 10 mins for a manager to be able to come up and give authorization. The manager who was rude could have easily put in her authorization but instead to be completely disrespectful and walk away. First off this made the cashiers/her coworkers to feel super uncomfortable and stressed, second she doesn’t have proper customer service. I hope that she learns from this experience and someone else does not get treated this way.

I bought the Dyson hair dryer (over $400) online because the color I wanted wasn’t in stock at the store and a prong was broken on the diffuser when it arrived. I contacted Ulta customer support and their only answer was to contact Dyson. No help. I went to the store thinking they could open another one and swap my broken diffuser for one in the package and THEY could deal with the manufacturer but they WOULD NOT DO THAT! That should be something the manager has the ability to do for customer service. I then said I wanted to return the whole thing and order a new one but they no longer had the same color available.I normally try to support retailers that have a physical store for just this reason, so I can go there when I have a problem and they can take care of it. I was not upset or rude in the store, just trying to solve a problem. I’ve spent a LOT of money at this store as long as it’s been here. Now I’m thinking I might as well get everything from Amazon. At least there I can usually return and replace something if it arrives broken.

I had my services hair color and hair cut in layers from Kristine at the Parke salon location on Jan 9th. I asked her for one color and Kristine showed me the caramel color on picture. I trusted her like I usually do on hair stylist because I’m not expert they are experts. I needed one color for my hairs what ever it takes. I don’t mind bleach or any process it takes!!! Well I have dark color (blackish ) and hair expert (Kristine ) supposed to know if I will get color without bleach or not. She clearly said “I DONT HAVE TIME FOR BLEACH”. I said if I will get the same color you showed me then I’m fine and she said Oh yeah yeah you will get the color. We’ll long story short I didn’t get the color plus she gave me worst cut ever and just style my hairs. I told her I’m not satisfied with my hairs and it’s not what I asked for. I don’t see any difference before and after my hair color n cut. Kristine said please go and wash your hairs and you will see color. Well I paid. Total $170 (including tip ) for absolutely nothing.I born with dark hair color I wanted change and I told Kristine at first I need different look. I spoke with floor manager Mercedes and GM as well( forgot her name) no one is agreed to return my money or at least give me services what I asked for. They all are keep Saying I have to pay more for services. I have a question WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY TIME ABD MESS AND NOT GIVING SERVICES WHAT I PAID FOR???? I don’t trust anyone there now. They are agreed to give me hair cut again but not hair color. I need assistance regarding this issue. It’s not like this is first time I did something with my hair or with ulta. I used to go to different ulta and came ti Kristin for my friend’s recommendation and traveled 30 mins just for this specific hair expert (well…I doubt EXPERT HAH!!!)P. S:- I missed to mention when I went there after 2 days then Kristine was rolling her eyes and floor manager was making faces and all staff tried to just made me wrong. I can’t believe how worst the customer service could be!!

To be perfectly blunt, this store sucks. I've been there multiple times over the past few months, and they're constantly out of stock of products. And not just the popular products, it's a lot of different products and even products you wouldn't expect. The store is also very messy (products unorganized, dirty testers, etc.).

Jamie in retail was so kind and helpful. He took the time to check ingredients on my current products before recommending a chemical peel to make sure that my skin would get the best results. I felt cared about and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about and I was in good hands.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely or disrespectfully by an establishment or manager. Ended up leaving and driving across town to a different makeup store rather than spend my hard earned money here with Debbie. Ulta should be ashamed of their employees racist behavior.

Purchased a pair of shampoo and conditioner and the conditioner was clearly opened. Didn’t realize it had been opened and used or messed with until getting home. Spoke to someone on the phone at Ulta, they said “no problem come back by when you can and we’ll replace it.” I drove back a few days later and the GM said sorry we cannot replace it for you. Really upset, definitely never going back to that location. Horrible customer service

I bought a perfume online, I waited at least for the girl to give me some samples of other perfumes and for nothing, she almost threw the perfume at me and that's it. bad service in the pick up
