Just when I thought UFCU couldn't get any worse....... I received a phone call from someone about my previous review. Message was to call back and ask for a specific person. If you have ever called, you will understand my frustration. Getting past the automated system is next to impossible. I pushed every button until a real person answered. The person I needed to talk to doesn't have a listed extension. It sent me in circles trying to get a real person. Automated system is horrible. I hope someone within the UFCU system calls in and realizes how bad and frustrating it is!! Strike 3.......

I have been a customer for over 30 years. This has been my primary location for almost 15 years. The folks at the location are very nice, but the credit union itself continues to make poor decisions when it comes to customer service. They no longer offer used car loans unless you buy from a dealership. This location no longer offers teller services. Any cash transaction must be done through an ATM machine. They have changed their online banking to require many more clicks instead of making it more intuitive and user-friendly. They no longer honor Zelle. My family had numerous bank accounts cleaned out due to fraud and all four of us were required to go through different protocols to fix the same situation. Their response time to requests for assistance are ignored or the response takes weeks.

Very respectful staff. I like banking with them in this location. No waiting time. They are very fast and professional.

Wish I could give them 0 stars but this bank likes to move money without permission would not recommend banking with them or doing any loans

5 stars for everything but their on line banking. I'm surprised it's very plain. You can't get any useful information. Most banks you can get everything about your loan. Everything about a deposit or check, but not with UFCU. I want to move all of my families accounts to UFCU but don't like the online information availability like effective and 1nb of Tex.

Everything is easier there. If you do your part they will help you with whatever you need. I do like seeing a real person when I have to go inside, I don't want to deal with robots!

User beware: I recently opened an account at this branch and deposited some money. When I went to use my money, I found out that all my money was gone! Someone got a hold of my starter checks and wrote a check for the entire amount of my account on the same day that my account was open. I did end up reporting it and the manager was super nice and helpful but it left me feeling very uneasy about using that branch ever again. The manager mentioned that it could easily be a mistake in that the checks may have been given to someone by mistake. However, it seemed like an odd coincidence that I never requested starter checks (so why were they even printed?), the check was written the same day as when I opened the account, and the check was written for the exact amount of my account. Someone at that branch is either a thief or incompetent. Either way, it makes me question this branch and the procedures they have in place. As a long time customer of UFCU, I will never come to this branch ever again and will be conducting all my financial business at a more secure bank.

Incredible experience! DeVonte Rozier was kind, professionally and personable. His customer service is second to none. Got my auto loan refinanced and opened a new account. He made everything very very simple. Thank you again!
