I used to love going to this store, they had great customer service and put their customers first. They brought on a new DM and the level of customer care has drastically dropped. What a shame this DM cares more about corporate greed than providing a great experience for its customers. I suggest shopping at the Liberty Hill location.

I had just received the most devastating news at Vet next door that my Rott has terminal cancer. I stopped to get ivermectin & I cannot express how much y’all’s kindness meant to me today & the love you gave my fur baby. You had no clue but kindness makes such a huge impact. Thank you. I had a terrible experience at this Tractor Supply location. The manager handled the situation completely wrong and made no effort to find a resolution. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly, that is not the case here. I will not be returning to this store and would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.

They always have what I need, I've been shopping here 5 yrs, had to deal with the woman manager recently and not the most pleasant experience. Always thought a manager is to manage employees and customers, really should be a people person.

Manager likes to yell at women & be aggressive with them and likes do deny service. Has zero patience. Has no common sense. Needs to look more presentable. Couldn’t event tell he was a manager until he denied service. Store is great just not the person who is running it. Sucks to have such a pretty store just to be ran by someone whose personality doesn’t match it. Super super upset. Again he like to yell at women & boss his employees around. People around were shocked by how rude he was. Using a loud tone of voice to get his point across. Super rude. As long as he doesn’t change his attitude and I will not be returning back. Again he yelled at a women. Told his employees not to help us because he said so. Super unprofessional

I didn't catch the names of the 2 gentlemen who helped us. It was on 5/22/24. But man they were the most helpful and polite guys! So refreshing to see.

I ❤️ Tractor Supply, but, this 1 time, I went and bought a 10×10×10×10×6 Dog kennel,
had to ask for help to load it in my truck, the help left when I asked to help tie it down, I mentioned that the top of 2 panels were bent, shrugged and said "oh well"
no red flag to tie at end of load, for caution, I generally have a good experience there, I assume yard people don't like helping elderly people load, staff inside store are very helpful
