“Eric and team at ER automotive did a great job on my dad’s truck. Another big box tire shop had preformed a tire rotation for me. An told me I had an oil gasket leak and didn’t give me straight quote due to it being a 4x4 and it being a lot of work. I dropped it off at ER and with in a day or so I received a call from Eric and he gave me a much better price than I originally anticipated. Picked it up today I couldn’t be happier they did an amazing job. Greatly appreciate everything.”

I got there with a screw in my tire and it was leaking, ended up waiting over two hours to have it repaired because internet appointments kept going before me, even though I was there. Evidently walk in traffic does not take priority over internet appointments.”

“Had a positive experience with them, went to get my tired checked due to wobbly steering wheel. They are bit overloaded but all the technicians are working super efficiently. Had to wait a bit even with appointments but thats not the technicians fault.”

“Tony the owner, is by far THE BEST Mechanic/Owner I have ever delt with. He's honest and kind and has the cheapest repairs in town, as far as I can tell. I am 67 years old and I live in Austin and I drive, push, tow however I can get my vehicle there for the great service he and his mechanics provide. He touched my heart so much the other day when I picked up my truck, I had to tell him that I loved him. I'm sure I caught him off guard.
