“This branch's employees are awesome. I'm super disappointed that Woodforest does not fully acknowledge the federal holiday of Juneteenth and is making the employees work from 9 am to 2 pm. If we need to deposit a check we can do it through the mobile app. If we need to deposit funds, we can do it at the Walmart register. If we need to withdraw funds, there is an ATM machine right there. Do better, Woodforest!”

“For the most part, they are great. However, I did just have an interesting interaction with one of their customer service reps via phone. I was told they have the wrong address for me when my current address is the only address they have. The rep was pretty much arguing with me saying my current address is incorrect and I need to fill out a form to change it. Why would they mail me things to my current address if they didn’t have this one on file? ? But overall, velocity is pretty great. One interaction with one person doesn’t change that.”

“I have been with IBC for more than 15 years. I love the amazing customer service. Every time I have dealt with anyone at this bank, service has been amazing. I took my daughter to get her first debt card on her birthday. I had called ahead of time to ask if she could get an account at 16 years of age. I told them it was going to be her 16 birthday the next day and i would bring her in to get it. When I walked in the next day. The staff remembered our previous conversation, They all sang happy Birthday to her. Thank you Juan and all the staff.”

“Overall I’ve had a positive experience with his bank of it banking with him for several years my wife and son have an account with them too, they’re not 100% perfect but compared to Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo etc. It’s a much better experience. Credit unions are non profit so that’s plus for me as well.”

“Ed does a wonderful job managing the bank and working with the customers. Doreen is an extra special They all are, I can't really say one's better than the other because they all go out of their way to help you out. That tells you to have good management but they themselves are wonderful. I have never had a problem. At times they have worked with me and fixed my problems with no problem. If that makes sense. If a charge looks at all suspicious I get an immediate text with a number to call I call that number and within seconds that transaction is removed. I've been with them for over 25 years never a problem. Wouldn't change very trustworthy and hardworking”
