Stopped in because I punctured my tire somewhere on 183 on the commute home. I noticed the low pressure warning when my pressure was at 48 psi at 45 and 183. I watching it drop as I drove north on 183A. By the time I pulled into the parking lot of this establishment I was dropping below 20 psi. By the time the worker came out to look it was flat. They refused to fix my tire after it sat in the lot for 45 minute, stating that the sidewalls were damaged. When I pressed the tech he said that because the tire had completely deflated, and the full weight of the truck was on the flat tire, that the tire was no longer “good”. I had them inflate my tire and remove it from the shop, I plugged the hole with a good ole fashion screw and drove it home where I repaired it with my plug kit. Stay away from the incompetence at this shop.**Tires have less than 5000 miles on them

As a single woman, I appreciate the respect and care Alan Corsentino and team provided during my visit on September 18, 2023. The team was quick to diagnose and repair my AC and other concerns within one day. Wow!! They were all so kind and so helpful. I’m a real pain in the butt when it comes to my vehicles, if there is something broken, needs maintenance, anything that the vehicles need, I get it done right away. We have 2 pretty new and one with over 100k miles. After any warranty’s expired, we only let one place touch our vehicles. SUN AUTO SERVICE, at the 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park Texas!!!!! Been using them for several years now and have had all the maintenance and repairs done only by them. The management and the mechanics are all incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable about all of our vehicles and they take the time to educate me, my wife and daughter about what’s going on. Daughter is 18 and away from home for college for first time, it is very comforting to bring her car to them and have it looked over to be sure it’s in perfect condition. If they recommend anything or find a repair that’s needed they take pictures and send everything thru text or email for us to look at. The old days of worrying about a shady mechanic are loooong gone. Actually pictures of the repairs needed is so awesome!! I can make appointments online or call them up, either way, they keep the appointments and are incredible at keeping us informed on what’s going on thru the process. Biggest mistake I made was buying a way to old of a car with typical wear and tear, and needed lots of work. Had complete brake system replaced, calipers, pads, rotors everything, the prices were excellent and the work was done super fast. Ended up buying a new used car with 50k miles and on the way home from dealer we took it straight to Sun Auto Service, they put it on the rack and checked every single thing. The car is in great shape I had a few things done to make it better but the guys gave us a full report on all the different systems in the car. With them taking care of our vehicles, it’s one less thing I have to be worried about. Finding a great repair shop is a huge challenge these days, seems like there is always a new place popping up and I don’t want to tell everyone about how great these guys are because they will end up getting so busy that I may have trouble getting my cars in. I’m just the average Joe but in my 50+ years I have never experienced better service on my vehicles than Sun Auto. Thank you David, Alan and every one of the awesome mechanics, my wife and daughter actually feel comfortable going to the shop to get repairs, maintenance or even a silly question taken care of. No one else will touch our cars

Absolutely horrid. They get one star for towing my vehicle to the shop very quickly. After having it for several days, I was told they weren't sure what was wrong and they would have to do 4K worth of work to THEN determine the issue and submit to the warranty company. If not covered, I'd be out that money. After a series of specific questions, I was then told I needed new timing chain, tensioner, guides and something else I can't remember plus 20 hours of labor.. to get to the root of the problem?!?!?. Look, I know I'm 'engine d**** but that doesn't make any damn sense. Going from "I'm not sure what's wrong" to "it's this, this and this but I'm not sure" is B.S.I called a dealership and after a talk with them, I called Sun back asked what I owed, told them to put it outside with the key in it and to not touch it again. It cost me $300.00 for the tow, 1 hour of work and 4 days of incompetence. Once at the dealership, my vehicle was diagnosed and the warranty claim filed in less than 48 hours.Unfortunately, CarMax has them listed as a 'preferred mechanic '. It's $50.00 off the deductible. Not worth it. Go elsewhere!

Grandma here y'all to let you know if you need any work on your cars please take them to these guys over here they are awesome and they keep their appointments and in a timely matter I was in and out in no time with a oil change a full inspection and the price well they've got coupons but the price without a coupon is still better than any place that I have found and I've been driving for 40 years now so please take it from Grandma I wouldn't steer you wrong.Go over there talk to the guys they're great fellas Mike is the assistant manager and he is phenomenal but when you go over there tell him grandma said hi y'all?

Get ready to have your car back with more problems than what you came in with. Charging me a diagnostics fee for the same thing twice. I'll never go to this place again. The guy at the front is nice but he will keep you on the phone for an hour trying to explain something small. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I called Sun Auto Service at 12:00pm asking if they would have enough time to get my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. While them changing my oil they discovered an oil leak. They did a diagnostic dye leak test. I was Quoted $1400 to fix the leak. I opted to come and pick my vehicle up and bring it back to them the next day to get the work done. Throughout the day I asked several times if the tires had been rotated and oil change completed. I also asked again for confirmation before I headed to the shop to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving to the shop I asked again for confirmation that the tires had been rotated. I was assured for a 4th time that they were done. I paid my $247 bill and went out to find that my tires had not been rotated. I marked my rim on one tire before leaving my vehicle so that I could ensure the tire rotation was completed. I felt lied to, taken advantage of and disrespected. It made me question everything they had "done" at that point because they hadn't been honest so far. It also determined that I would not give this place $1400 additional to repair my leak as I cannot trust them. I want to say that the manager Alan was very kind and helpful. It was not his fault that the technicians lied to him. But as a manager you have to take ownership of your employee's dishonesty. So here's your reminder folks to make sure you are using a business you can trust and remember to mark your tires!!!! It's unfortunate that a task that takes 5 minutes was worth lying to a customer about.

I went in this morning at 0830 and asked about an inspection, 5 tire rotation, and oil change for my Jeep. Everyone seemed super nice, they quoted me $85 for the oil change and tire rotation and $18 for the inspection. I was told about 2.5 hours is what it would take. I ran errands and popped back in about 12:45 when I hadn’t heard anything, asking if they knew how much longer and was told “I have no idea”. I went home to wait and called back about 2pm asking if they knew how much longer and they said they just finished it. When I got there I presented a $15 coupon and was told it would be $125 because they were charging for oversized tires. No issues with the extra charge except I wasn’t told this morning, no one called me to update me on the cost or that it was going to be 5 and a half hours instead of 2 and a half. The dash had also not been reset which isn’t a big deal but makes me wonder what other details were missed. In this case it would have been cheaper for me to go to the dealership which is never the case.Lack of communication and accountability for sure as no one even addressed it when I came to pick it up. Unfortunately won’t be customers here again.Services: Tire rotations

They had my car for 90 minutes for an oil change. My car had oil on the mats, white exterior and steering wheel. They did not rotate or check the air in my tires as they were suppose to. The tried to sell me plugs and brake oil which was all fully done less that 30 days before hand. They also sent me pictures of what was suppose to be the brake and engine oils to try to get them to do the work.I am not a fan and will not return.Services: Auto emissions testing
