Our stay here was amazing! They hosted a block of rooms for all of my wedding guests and we had nothing short of a great experience. Specifically, I worked with Nicole to get our room blocks and she was fantastic. The hotel even kept the bar open past their normal close time so we could keep the party going after my wedding! Highly recommend if you need a hotel for a wedding or just to stay in the Austin area!

Our room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by being locked out of our room for almost two hours. We came back from the hotel breakfast and found that the key card wouldn't work. The front desk person gave me another one. That also didn't work. One more trip to the front desk. The staff person tried various methods of getting the door unlocked, and all failed. She called someone for instructions, again without success. Finally, two people were called in to fix the lock. My wife and I waited in the lobby for an hour or more before we were finally able get into our room. Staff were apologetic; I don't fault them. But no hotel should inadvertently lock guests out of their room for hours. That is simply unacceptable.

Well this is the worst experience my wife and i have experienced staying at a Marriott Property, from the walking in the door (we are an interracial lesbian married couple)to the heated discussion between the very unprofessional desk clerk and my wife, in regards to the no pet policy, she stated ONLY service animals were allowed and we REPEATEDLY let her (Ms Janet) know that our dog IS a service dog NUMEROUS times, she even went as far as basically asking what the disability is and in NO shape or form was my wife required to give that information out, if she can get a legal document and she is allowed to travel (TSA APPROVED) then she should have never had to question reasons.. The customer service was not business appropriate we felt very disrespected and will not be returning to this property.

Nice location, felt safe and right next to Costco. Getting to downtown is a haul. Staff was unfriendly and almost non existent. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, some leftover hair on the floor. Apparently they also only come in every other day so getting rid of trash was a problem (new Marriott policy). You could also hear your neighbors through the doors. Not kid friendly as they had no high chairs.Safety: Nice area with lots of restaurants nearby
