First time visiting this location on Ronald Reagan with my dad to check out the cigar selection which I was very impressed by the selection. The bathrooms were very clean and pleasant experience. The lady working even asked if we need any help great service aside from the bald employee with glasses leaning against the counter with a judgmental look on his face and having a staring contest with me for some reason if you hate your job that much find another one buddy probably won’t be back

Everyone is great, except store managers. Managers have this sense of importance and power. When the managers are not around the employees provided excellent service. It's such a shame that managers can't take a que from the employees.

The wine folks are friendly and knowledgeable, but I’ve had one too many bad experiences at the counter with rude employees. I’ll either make the trip to Total Wine or pay a little extra at Twin. Life’s too short to have to deal with rudeness.
