I had a great experience. I stopped in to get the mirrors on my truck blacked out, and I like the work so much that I asked him to do the front door of our business. It came out incredible. Exceeded my expectations and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend for storefront or vehicle wraps.

These folks are amazing!! Office staff, employees, EVERYONE!!! They are very professional & do what thwy say!!! Their work is AMAZING ? We couldn't be more pleased with them. I / We HIGHLY recommend SIGNARAMA for ALL your sign needs!!! We had them install a commercial business sign. It had individual letters etc... . SIGNARAMA did the entire sign & set lights up with timer etc.... all in a timely manner. Sign looks AMAZING (As stated before) THANK YOU SIGNARAMA ? ?? We would post a sign but our barricade is still up ?

Shashi at Signarama has a lot to learn about customer service. He successfully installed a new panel on the back of an existing sign, after several weeks of us reaching out trying to move the project forward. Instead of showing up when we could be there to assist with positioning as requested, he chose to show up after hours to get the job done. In following up on the bad positioning, Shashi agreed to order a new part and come back out to change it for an additional cost. I agreed reluctantly to the cost but decided it was an honest mistake and since he was willing to fix it we could move forward. Fast forward 6 weeks and multiple attempts on our part to find out the status of our fix, and I finally got an email back saying "after taking into the account the cost of additional material (posts) and labor (time), you will probably realize that it is not worth our time to undertake this job. I had been hoping that you would find somebody else to get it done. To be honest any odd job man should be able to do it for you. It’s not even sign industry related since the sign part is already made and already installed."This was received AFTER he agreed to do the job for a fair price (his number) and walked away from it without an update for 6 weeks. We were just supposed to forget about it and understand that we weren't worth the time, I suppose. I'm absolutely floored by the lack of customer service mentality inherent in this message and will not be using Signarama for our future needs.

I would highly recommend Signarama Austin to any new business owner looking for a reliable and well-crafted storefront or monument sign. We have used them for multiple properties and must say their prices have been great and mostly worked with Shashi the owner and it was quite easy. Prices were clear, invoices were on time, the customer portal allowed me full access to check on status, look, etc. and install was well done. Quality work and excellent customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I work with a large company with at least 4 sites here in austin and then we have a sales office. I was able to give them what I needed and wanted, everything was accurate and on point. I will work with Signarama again in the future for reconfiguration that we will be doing.

Signarama did an excellent job on my banner that I needed in very short turnaround for an expo. Shashi the owner took extra time to make sure the art and layout was exactly what I needed and also went the extra mile when he ran out of supplies to outsource what was needed - so I would have it on time.
