When I went in, I didn't expect the personal attention and effort shown to me by the clerk. He took the time to make sure I was getting the color paint I really wanted, not just settling for something close. I am not used to such personalized treatment and really appreciate his efforts on my behalf.

Wanted to paint a dresser and wasn't sure the type of paint needed. Went in with a color selection and was helped by a knowledgeable assistant. Very satisfied with the results.

The service is excellent! The lady at the counter was very nice and had my order on point. She also helped me to carry the heavy paint buckets close to my car.

Nice store but not nice management. Avoid this store!Drove to the store only to find it closed 3 hours early. I left a note to assure i would get the sale price when I returned the next day. Then went home and discovered I could order and pay for my paint online! So glad I knew the color I wanted! :-)Next day, I received an email that my order was cancelled by the store. I chatted with the manager about the store closing early the prior day and to find out when my now cancelled order would be available. He was not friendly nor apologetic.When I showed up to pick up my order, he loudly announced to staff and customers that he had been "chewed out" earlier. I was startled and disturbed by his outburst because I did not chew him out, I shared the fact that I had called earlier in the day to confirm the time the store closed but no one answered. So since the web site said the would be open till 6pm I chose to come. When I arrived the sign on the door said they were open till 7 pm. Yet the store was locked at 4:15 pm.As I tried to pick up my paint, the sweet man told his manager that the price wouldn't ring up correctly. The manager stated that prices had increased 6% overnight. When I stated that my card was charged last night and I showed him my receipt, he acquiesced and allowed me to pick up my 17 gallons of Duration paint for the price I had already paid.Do yourself a favor. Drive a few more minutes to the Sherwin Williams at 1911 S. Bell Blvd. Ste B, Cedar Park, TX. The store isn't as new and shiny as this one but the staff are kind, courteous and professional.

The man working the counter was not helpful and borderline condescending when I inquired about corresponding color palettes for their popular colors. I will never return to this store and they should be embarrassed for their lack of customer service

I just had to leave the store due to no help from staff. They rather be sitting in the back room on their cell phones. I needed help choosing the correct paint for baseboards and the staff couldn't even come out to the front of the store to help me.I left and told them I would go somewhere else where I could actually get someone to help me.Never coming back!This was at the Cedar Park, Tx., location. The one on Whitestone Blvd.

Went into the store to select stain, had stain numbers, also had wood to try stain on. The guy that I can only assume was the manager was rude, condescending, and didn't want to help. He had a truck outback and unloading it was all he had on his mind. After he went back to unload the truck, I found a Minwax stain and asked to try that on the board, and the other worker there said I can try it but you have to buy it first. I had been to another Sherwin-Williams for another project and they had all the stains already there that you could try out on your wood before buying, this guy looked at me like I had lost my mind. No Customer Service, and on top of that just plain rude. Will never go back to that store. Too many other options available to spend my money. Neither one of them offered to do one thing to help locate the stain.

Rudest guy on the counter I think his name is Nick. I asked him to offer me a color that matches the cabinet trim. This guys without checking started telling me no it won’t work and stuff. Did not seem helpful. Had to push him to get me whatever the computer comes up with. I understand it cannot be exact. Not sure if he was in a bad mood or what. Doesn’t seem like he enjoys doing what he is doing. I saw a review about the same guy I think. Nothing has changed.
