Heidi did a beautiful job on my nine year old's hair. She is growing out her bangs and Heidi listened to us and blended her bangs and put in some long layers to lighten up her hair. Best style she's ever had! No more kids cuts anymore. Will definitely return!

Jennifer Bandow at this salon on the 3rd floor is excellent. Her knowledge of haircare and color is extent. She has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and does wonderful. She is professional, and fun. She is great at understanding your hair type and doing what is best for each individual. Highly highly recommend

I adore the way Jennifer cuts and colors my hair. She always takes the time to talk to me about what I want and ensures that it is the best color and cut for me. I can definitely say that the review of another customer, R.C. Isme, was spot on, even after dealing with this business for a number of years. Once I left a tip of $3 for a haircut on my credit card and Heidi charged $5 instead.

I can't speak to how well they cut hair, but I can convey to you how they treat potential customers. Over the course of a week, I called their salon nine different times...to two different numbers...leaving messages four of those times. After about the fourth call, I finally got a "text message" that said to call back the next day. After all my calls, they didn't even have the courtesy to pick-up a phone and call me. I just got a ("We're out, call us tomorrow") text message. And I might add that their voicemail said nothing about them being out of the office. So I did call them the next day....and still...no one would answer the phone or return my phone calls, even though I left message-after-message. All I wanted to know was info about men's haircuts and when I could make an appointment. But after a week of trying, I just gave up and went somewhere else. It's probably a good thing though. If they think so little of potential clients that they refuse to communicate with some, then what other customer related problems might have come up. Bottom line: They might be good at cutting hair, I'll never know for sure. But I do know (per my experience mentioned above) that they care very little for potential clients...at least not enough to return nine different phone calls over the course of a week. That says a lot about how they run their business. Or maybe someone calling about a "men's haircut" (being less expensive) is just not worth their time. You would probably do well to keep looking for a stylist that truly cares about your needs, at least enough to return at least one of nine calls over the course of a week.
