10:30 AM, I was in line with maybe 10+ people waiting. There was 1 cashier, and she was a slow mover. Their inventory is hit and miss.

Most unhelpful service yet. I’m a regular customer there and the service is really degrading. They won’t help taking off the oversized carpet in the store. Even when I was carrying out myself after paying, they created a scene at the door. Wish they were a little more helpful… sale would grow better that way.

The store and items are good no complaints but the staff are rude and lack manners. Cashiers roll their eyes and when asked a question they answer with attitude. Some staff even ignore the customers and walk away like they didn't hear them say EXCUSE ME MA'AM

Weekends are crowded and a long queue at billing counter. However good products at great prices. My go to place for tshirts and handbags. Also kitchen products are good and pillows are of great quality

I bought a pot last Friday (4/28) that was labeled even to be microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. However, after 5 minutes of regular use in the stove, the pot broke. I called the store and the store demanded I bring the broken pot back to the store so they can confirm the damage. I asked for a hour off from work just to bring the broken pot to the store today, and when I got to the store, the store rep said they cannot take the pot back because it's broken. If the store had a policy to not take back any broken merchandise in the first place, why did they demand I take the time and effort to bring the pot back to the store? (I fully informed the store when I called that the POT WAS BROKEN yet they still demanded I bring the pot to the store). The rep also told me that they have another store policy that once the shoppers exit the store, the store carries absolutely no liability for what happens to the merchandise. Once again, why didn't they just tell me that over the phone when I called? Why do they make unreasonable demands when they have zero intention of rectifying the situation. The store could have just told me no returns and no responsibility from the store when I called. Absolute no sense of proper customer service.

It was very spacious and clean. I was able to find some nice shirts on clearance
