The late night was three older latina women. All three were very unprofessional and rude. The cashier threw my clothes on the counter, asked me to grab the hangers out, and grab my own receipt. Rude rude rude.

rules are rules. I followed the rules and walked through the gated area to get in line and I was a few steps away when I see someone cuts me off the cashier told them they need to get in line but this lady went ahead and put her stuff there and she had a lot of stuff and I only had a few. It’s the principal she cuts me off and the cashier acts like my time and effort is me playing myself and I felt like a clown. But this guy brings me up after I confronted the cashier someone else helped me.. I would have handled it differently if there was no rules but as we all know you have to control your anger and stay calm but this could have been all avoided if the cashier listen to me and helped me and told them to wait in line like everyone else ????

There is always something new to find at this store. I go here to see what Hasbro or McFarlane toys are in stock. Also great place for lawn decorating, personal care items and cologne.

Not very happy with one of unhelpful cashier.
I was waiting in line and was waiting for my turn. One of the cashier said to me “ I am closed” after that I went to the other cashier. She said next, please to the next costume behind me after I went to the other cashier.
I will never go back to this Ross again.

10:30 AM, I was in line with maybe 10+ people waiting. There was 1 cashier, and she was a slow mover. Their inventory is hit and miss.

Most unhelpful service yet. I’m a regular customer there and the service is really degrading. They won’t help taking off the oversized carpet in the store. Even when I was carrying out myself after paying, they created a scene at the door. Wish they were a little more helpful… sale would grow better that way.
