Brianna is wonderful! We went in to Rooms To Go just to look and ended up buying a messaging, air flow zero gravity sofa and chair. They are very welcoming, great to deal with and have an amazing selection. Thank you, Brianna!

I must say that Alex went above and beyond in helping us furnish our home. He was patient and recommended several options for different furniture pieces. Our experience at other furniture stores were like rearranging chairs on the Titanic but I am now a lifelong Rooms to Go customer because of the service I received today. This location has the lastest tech to quickly serve your needs with reasonable delivery estimates. After our selection of items, the checkout process was smooth as butter. You can tell that this location has a great manager and run an excellent shop. I will be returning for future items and specifically request Alex!

I had terrible experience today with sales person in Lakeline Rooms to go. We bought a TV stand which was delivered defective. Customer service agreed to deliver a replacement of that item. We went to Lakeline store to see if we could exchange with a different model. The sales persons were very unhelpful. They are asking to deal with customer service and get their approval before selecting any other item. Also, they are telling to contact the initial salesperson who is only available on Saturday. They are telling, they work on commission only, if they can sell an item they will be paid, so they don’t care if customer is satisfied or not. They did not even help me to get an item info online which was available in store. I decided, I will never buy another furniture from rooms to go. Don’t have lot of times to deal with these unfriendly customer service/sales person.

Our buying experience was excellent walked in and picked out our living room furniture hassle free. I will definitely be back to shop for more furniture. Andrew took his time to explain everything in detail if your shopping for furniture go see and talk to Andrew he will make sure your shopping experience is pleasant.
