I prefer this Randall’s after visiting the neighboring stores. Each time I’ve been here, it’s never crowded and the stockers are not afraid to ask if you need help.
At this store, the app did not register my clipped deals. Isela came out and corrected the transaction after hearing and review my purchase- she too k care if
It.

This location seems to regularly leave food past the sell by or expiration date out on the shelves. We try to always check but we keep getting burned. Got some four month old bbq this time, ugh... Four months, really? (It's July 18th 2024)

I transferred all of my rxs here from Walgreens last month. last month and this month they have failed to fill them AT ALL. I've been in contact with them 8 different times and my doctor has also been in contact at least 2x. each time I was told "we don't have it in stock but I'll order it and it'll be ready on X day at noon". Each day I showed up, I was told they didn't have the med in stock but they would order it for X day at noon. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is completely unacceptable to take 10 different calls and in person visits with the pharmacist (not a tech/csr) to learn this Randall's specifically isn't allowed to order or fill the particular medicine I needed. This is absolutely ridiculous. I absolutely understand needing to wait so you can order meds, but how is the communication here so incompetent? it should not take 10 conversations to finally be told the truth instead of you actively causing harm by delaying my meds and forcing me to reach out every time when I still hadn't heard from them. I tried to be understanding and patient but this is absolutely unacceptable. I truly hope I'm a one off because if not, you're going to find yourself getting someone killed by your negligence.

The produce section always looks amazing when I come in to shop personally or for business. The cashiers at self-checkout are always so pleasant.

I didn't like how one of the manager's was being homophobic towards there employees. Or how they're were pressuring them to do more then they already could do. Honestly don't work at this store or ever come here. Even the store manager is terrible.

I was in a line with 5 customers and a cashier came and took the 5th customer instead of the next . When I asked her about it 10 minutes late she said oh well deal with it ! How rude

Randall's is over priced with poor selection and service. Today I went to the Cypress Creek store to get a BRISKET, I went to the one on Lakeline last night and they were the same. The Brisket USDA PRIMW on sale for 2.99 not to be had at any Randalls.
Advertised deals to draw you in but none in stock. I will not be returning to Randalls as this has happened before.
I thought going to the bigger store would help but to no avail NO BRISKET to be had at ANY Randall's is what I was told by the meat counter.

I not only go here for my groceries and snacks, I come here for the deli! Now if you are looking for something inexpensive and good, come to try their chickens offerings. You can't go wrong with either the fried chicken, the rotisserie chicken or the Mango Habanero, they are all so good and you can get 8 pieces for under $10. The Fried chicken is pretty decent. The rotisserie chicken is really good, I would say way better than average. The Mango Habanero chicken is where it's at, I think they left out the Habanero cuz its not spicy at all for me. It's more sweet than heat! The best time to get some is at lunch, when they just make them. Anyways, please give them a try and give me a reaction to let me know of I'm right or not.

great store but stay away from fried food from the deli... by the taste of it, they let their grease go rancid. it's a shame.

I stopped to get gas 4/8, the day of the Eclipse and paid $3.17/gal. The day prior it had been $3.09 and the next day was right back down. I noticed that none if the other stations had changed, or increased, their prices on their customers for the Eclipse. I feel Randalls swindled myself and their other customers off the publicity of the added traffic for the Eclipse in our community. Shame on you.

Have been shopping at HEB For years and went back to my old Randall's store today because most HEB's are closed on Easter. Shocked At how everything there was $2 to $5 dollars more than HEB. I routinely buy coconuts at HEB and bought one today at Randall's only to see that the coconut water inside was yellow and spoiled.Won't be going back.

safety cap missing on coffee creamer, milk was warm and sour, prepackaged cut vegetables were rank and inedible upon opening.
