Only took blood for one test when I was being tested for a number of things. Now I have to have my doctor reorder and go back but never to this location!

The sign in pad they have clearly states they stop drug screenings at 4.
One of the employees, some older Indian lady, tells me there’s a paper sign outside that says they stop at 3 “so they don’t have to be here until 5 or 6.”
There was literally nobody in the waiting room and I told her I was ready and would be quick.
She literally smiles and laughs saying “they have to follow the sign”
There was even an option when signing in saying to contact someone if you really needed the drug screening today. She absolutely didn’t care.
Sounds to me like yall are lazy mfers that don’t want to do your jobs. Hope y’all lose your jobs.

Had an appointment which is the way to go so was in and out quickly and got Jacob who I believe was training as another lady was present who I recognized from previous visits he was efficient and knew how to use a needle felt almost nothing and was done.

The Pflebotomist was very patient and kind. I had to e-mail my lab requisition to Quest Labs, and she held my place until the e-mail came through. The second Pflebotomist who drew my blood was also very patient with me, and her initial stick for my blood draw was painless because she was very experienced with drawing blood. I love the staff at the Quest Lab Cedar Park location! They are the best!!

The team here are some of the most skilled and knowledgeable that i’ve seen. They took amazing care of my spouse who normally has great difficulty with bloodwork. They really care.

I had an appointment Saturday morning (9/28) for some blood work at the West Parmer location in Cedar Park and the tech who took my blood was EXCEPTIONAL! She was friendly, she explained the whole process well, even billing. She was joking and made me feel comfortable. Her skill level was impressive! She found my vein right away, stick was quick and painless and she was done so quick-rare to find that these days. I would go back for her to take my blood any day! It was so quick and conversation was great, I am really bummed that I do not remember her name because she was awesome!

I came to this location for a blood test after the one inside Randall’s got overcrowded. This facility seemed much cleaner, it’s obviously bigger. I made an appt 40 mins before the scheduled time and they called me up on the dot. In and out within 15 minutes—the tech was neat and straightforward.

I didn’t realize that I needed to have an appointment but signed in as a walk in. When my turn came, they couldn’t find the doctor’s order but told me to call the office & they would still work me in. I was at my car calling when the supervisor asked me if I was okay. I explained the situation, and she went out of her way to speak with the doctor’s office to get a verbal okay. It turns out my doctor didn’t sign the order. This supervisor went above & beyond to make sure I had my labs completed and I am so very grateful for the kindness shown to me today. Thank you! You made a difference!

Very poor customer service, staff is rude and not concerned about anyone but themselves. Came in for a simple drug test. Had no idea that this company requires appointments to do anything. They were not busy and I was getting very uncomfortable being I needed to use the restroom and thought I was going to wet myself due to their incompetence and lack of understanding. Every other place to get a drug test, does not require they get people in and out for a simple drug test. This place makes things complicated, very unfortunate and unprofessional.

Almost every time I come to any of your facilities, I have to beg and then demand that they use the butterfly needle when taking my blood.
This time was especially frustrating, as I told the gentleman as I walked in that I notoriously struggle when giving blood and need the butterfly, and that my right arm was the best arm for giving blood.
He then proceeded to attempt my left arm, and ‘decided’ that it wasn’t good enough, then moving to the right. He then had a large gauge needle, and was approaching me with it. I then said, "what are you doing?” He said, "I’m just going to try with this first.” I then said "No no no.. I never have success without the butterfly, can you just get the butterfly, please?” He didn’t say any words and then started throwing a small tantrum quietly and grabbed the butterfly against his will..
This is the normal scenario I have at almost all of your locations. It’s crazy making, ridiculous and unacceptable behavior. Why on earth is it such a big deal to use the needle that actually works on my body? Why do I always get such incredible push back?! Are these super expensive and hard to come by? They all treat them like precious gold items that are hard to acquire!
It’s beyond frustrating and makes me feel like I am not seen or heard, or worse, that I don’t know my own body well enough to know what’s going to work properly.
