It is usual to request to remove the cholesterol from meat. I bought a goat shoulder and they weigh 3.93 Lb before removing Cholesterol. I requested them to weigh after removal and it weighs only 3.01 lbs. when I ask them he is showing handful of cholesterol and I ended up paying 54.98$. (13.99$/lb x 3.93). It is not acceptable that 4 lb meat is having 1lb of cholesterol and customer is charged extra.So sharing this as review for anyone who will buy goat shoulder or leg.

The owner is arrogant. Called for the phone order.,, he is rudely cut the phone stating no phone orders. Show some patience, will not entertain this shop.

Insanely overpriced, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Receipt is useless, doesn’t list the itemized pricing.Also, very unfriendly staff.Wouldn’t go to this store again.

I asked for fresh goat leg meat. They gave me frozen goat leg meat and charged for fresh goat leg meat.Meat was taste less.
