I was very happy shipping my items from this location to my home in Pennsylvania. The staff was very friendly and remembered my name the second time I came in to do business. Everything was packed very well and glass items did not break. Paper items did not get damaged either. I would highly recommend this Post Net for great service and friendliness, as well as well packaged items.

If Sylvia is behind the counter, I assure you that you will receive excellent service. I popped in to have something packed for future mailing. Sylvia was friendly and easy to interact with. I had many questions, and she had all the answers. When I learned they are not just FedEx and UPS, but also USPS, I was excited. I had postal packages to go out, so I brought them in.PostNet truly is a one-stop mailing/shipping place.

Very frustrating. Google says you’re open at 9 AM. I get there at 9 AM - waited…9:20am no one is in the store and the doors are locked. ? I came way out of my way to mail a pkg before work. Thanks for ruining my day!

One stop shop! So convenient. The lady working there knows exactly what she’s doing, she gets right to the point and will have you in & out the door asap. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was really impressed!

This location consistently opens late. Store hours are posted at 9 to 6 Monday through Friday. 9:20 AM and still waiting and not the first time. Otherwise, decent service.

I wish I read the reviews before going there. Looks like they don't have ethic at all. They over charged me double the stamp they put for USPS. My package was returned and ruined. Luckily I had the receipt, but the manager blamed USPS for wanting more postage and refused to give me a refund. Not to mention the value of my package... I left because there were people waiting I line, she was the only staff at that time. Arguing with her seems meaningless. She agreed to refund my package envelope and that's it.

Bottom line is I dropped a high value USPS package at this PostNet to be shipped along with another package. The other package was scanned and arrived at its destination. The high dollar ($550.00) robotic vacuum was never scanned and shipped. Hetal Patel the owner has not been helpful claiming it is not her problem but the USPS. USPS says that the postal carrier must scan all packages before leaving the store. Hetal Patel yelled at me "Get out!" in front of several customers when all I was inquiring about was how to locate something that I entrusted to a business to take care of. Police report filed, and USPS investigation ongoing.Do not do business with this particular Postnet. They do not care about their reputation or their customers. They were unwilling to do anything about a high dollar lost package that was left in their custody to be safely transferred to USPS. They didn't offer to help AT ALL. I had to call corporate, visit the police station, and call the USPS theft line and report the incident. Paresh and Hetal Patel this community deserves better. Do better, be better, your actions are not the actions of a well run business. Cedar Park/Leander residents beware.

2/23/21 On February 6th I dropped my robotic vacuum off at Post Net along with another package. Both already had USPS labels and were ready to ship. They were placed in the USPS box by the employee Sylvia. One package arrived at its destination, however my $550.00 vacuum was never even shipped. It was packed in the original box per the instructions by the company (Anker). I was sending it back to them for warranty work and had the shipping label well affixed to the top. I checked with the warranty dept and they said it had not been scanned by USPS as of the 22nd of February. I went to the store today, I remember the employee, from when I dropped the package off. She pulled a report and said it had not been scanned by the post office. (The 2nd package I shipped shows that it was scanned at Post Net at 3:45ish by USPS on the 6th.) I went to the post office as she suggested and they said it had not been scanned and said that everything that is picked up at Post Net is scanned before heading to the post office. I went back to the store and was told that there was nothing that they could do. Wait ..what????? I trusted you with my mail because of your partnership with the USPS and you just say, sorry, we have no idea what happened. I drop off a package around 11 AM and the PO supposedly picks it up roughly 4 hours later and like magic, poof, it disappears.....oh well. Oh well??? The responses I would EXPECT to get would be: 1. "There must be an explanation,we will help you track it down." (Nope...) 2. " We value our customers and want to be known as a trustworthy business, this is not acceptable. We have the post office scan it right in front of us before leaving the store so these things don't happen." (Nope....) The response I got: 1. "There is nothing we can do." (while shrugging her shoulders.) 2. "This is happening more and more often." (Wait, what????) We asked to speak to the owner Paresh or Hetal Patel. We were told Hetal would be in tomorrow. I will be visiting tomorrow to see what has happened to my package. Because the employee Sylvia said that this is happening more and more often and said it even happened at this store a couple of years ago with a cell phone; I decided to check their yelp reviews while I had lunch with my husband. The reviews confirmed what my gut was telling me. I should have read the reviews before ever dropping a package off there. I visited the police station and opened up a case file. Considering the fact that it is a $500.00+ item and tampering with the mail, in my opinion, that is pretty serious. A case was opened and case number assigned. (Note: The vacuum maps the house....something the person who has it might consider, or should be nervous about.). The police department was awesome by the way. According to Sylvia, she and Hatal are the only two who work at the store and the postal worker has been with them for 2 years. There are only 3 people who would know what happened to my package. (Sylvia, Hetal, the postal worker) Update: 2/24/2021 I spoke to PostNet corporate. They were very proactive and called the store this morning to speak with Mrs. Patel. Needless to say the owner, Hetal was ready for me when I showed up. She was not happy that I called corporate and let me know. I asked her if she questioned her postal pick up guy like corporate had asked her to do. She said she did but continued to deny that it was her problem. She blamed it on USPS. I respectfully said that when I visited the post office yesterday they told me differently. They said their postal workers are supposed to scan the package before it leaves the store. Hetal's response was, " Well they don't." My response was that as a business owner she should expect that, just as I expected her to take care of my package like a responsible business should. She responded to me by yelling "Get out!" in front of several customers. I was so embarrassed for her. I handed her a card with a police officer's name and case number and let her kn
