Sydney and her team are absolutely fantastic! We have been using them for years for custom projects, from draperies to roman shades, to upholstery and custom pillows/bedding. This is not your standard fabric shop, this is so much more! Sydney is a wealth of knowledge, and I always trust her judgement when custom fabricating our design visions!

There are a lot of beautiful fabrics in there. appointment is required, but I came just to check what they have in stock. Ladies opened door for me I chose what I like and they sell it to me )

This is my appointment only so drove 30 minutes in austin traffic and get to the door and it says by appointment only. That should be made known before someone waste gas. I can’t rate on fabric but just want people to know before they drive out to 620.

By appt only to shop for fabric? That’s a huge disappointment for those of us who didn’t know that, and drove 30 miles for nothing. ? It’s fabric, not diamonds.

Really odd that they only allow you to browse their fabrics by appointment only. The hours in the business description are not at all accurate. You cannot just visit during their published “business hours.” Don’t know how they can afford to keep the lights on or the HVAC unit running.

Drove from north Austin (Georgetown) nothing on their site or Google info says by appointment only. Arriving there saw the sign on the door and called mentioned I was right outside, ladies sitting inside (doing nothing) would not set a same day appointment. There was no other customers inside. Lost on both immediate and future business.—> have the courtesy to update you website and Google account at least to show that it is by appointment only.

We were planning on going to Plush to look at fabric, but when we arrived they had a sign saying by appointment only. When we went up to the window, there were 3 women sitting there and they wouldn’t even acknowledge we were there. I called to see if we could go ahead and go in to look at fabric, but they said no. Lost out on both immediate and future business.

Plush has always done great work for me. The latest project was a chair and ottoman. I reached out to several upholsterers and Plush was most reasonable and willing to pick up in Round Rock. I highly recommend!

I had a loveseat, chair and ottoman reupholstered and they did an excellent job! They have wonderful customer service, friendly and helpful. Sarah helped me through the whole process and I cannot say enough about them. I was also impressed with how quickly they got the job done. Highly recommend them for any reupholstery job and they have a huge selection of wonderful fabrics.
