I have been taking my furry babies for almost 2 years at PETCO Cedar Park. I was very scared because I love my furry babies and I always want the best for them and to be safe when I am not present.
PATRICIA ❤️ She has a gentle soul and has the best hands and warm heart that put my worries at ease when I take my furry babies for haircuts. She exceeds my expectations every time and most importantly my furry babies look cutiest after their haircuts with her. I know they are safe with her. I highly recommend PATRICIA for your furry babies haircut needs. Thank you Patricia.

Today Patricia groomed my dog, hands down the best hair cut she has gotten. Bella has never looked or smelled so good lol. Great job and amazing customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM PATRICA in the grooming compartment!!!!
I walked in around 12 PM with my 10 pound dog to get her nails cut -Patrica-the "lead groomer" was the only groomer available, but that didn't seem to be a problem in my eyes, considering she was sitting down and not one dog in sight being groomed.
I showed her proof of rabies with my tags and also had her called the vet to confirm the rabies is updated. She refused to cut my dogs nails simply because my vet referred to her as a Australian Shepherd mix and not a poodle mix. My dog is half Australian shepherd and half poodle , she said, since the dog looked more poodle, she couldn't verify that this was the correct dog!!!?
Completely and utterly stupid. I talk to the manager at the front desk and was followed by Patricia and her awful attitude joining the conversation I was trying to have with the MOD on duty.
She obviously wasn't going to cut my dogs nails, because of some silly excuse of hers, but what I could of gone with out was her complete lack of kindness and her awful attitude. She is one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life and will definitely be contacting corporate.
DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED BY PATRICA.
I would hate to see how she treats dogs behind closed doors if she treats people this was in front of customers!

I would just like to say today I witnessed two workers get harassed by some customer not getting what she wanted . It is unbelievable what that customer put those workers through. The customer was threatening to get them fired because of the people she knows. She also said she was going to post on social media to ruin their reputation. As customers we need to be aware of store policies and respect them. I'm surprised the customer was not escorted out by law enforcement. I'm giving 5 stars because those workers deserve it.I don't know how I would've reacted if someone did that to me. It was unfair and clearly that customer was taking advantage of the old saying "customer is always right " .

I had a fantastic experience at Petco recently! The store was very clean and organized, which made it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a reptile pet for my son. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I got the right fit for our family. My son is absolutely thrilled with his new pet, and we'll definitely be back at Petco for all his reptile food and supplies. It's also become a fun place for him to visit and see all the different animals, like a little zoo! Overall, a great experience!

As a concerned mother, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit to Petco. The state of their fish tanks was appalling—dirty water, deceased fish floating aimlessly, and an overwhelming stench that made me question their commitment to animal welfare. It's disheartening to see such neglect in a place that claims to care for pets. I urge Petco to prioritize the well-being of their aquatic residents and maintain cleaner, healthier environments for all creatures in their care.

I recently took my children to the Petco store, hoping for a fun and educational outing. My kids were so excited to see the animals, but what we encountered was extremely upsetting.
As soon as we approached the fish tanks, my kids noticed several dead fish floating in the water. The tanks were filthy and obviously neglected. My children were heartbroken and confused, asking why the fish were not being taken care of properly.
The distress didn't end there. The small mammals and birds were kept in cramped, dirty enclosures. Many of the animals looked sad and unhealthy. My kids went from being excited to visibly upset and concerned for the animals' well-being.
This visit was supposed to be a joyful experience, but instead, it turned into a lesson on how animals should not be treated. The store was chaotic and poorly maintained, reflecting a severe lack of care for the animals. We won't be returning, and I hope Petco takes immediate action to improve the conditions for the sake of the animals and their customers.

Great staff in the grooming salon. Excellent work and communication skills. Lizzy was our groomer and she is outstanding. Great assistance otherwise concerning food products from it appeared to be a manager. Knowledgeable about the product.

Worst experience ever! I had been in a car accident and had to reschedule my appointment via phone call they said that they could only get her in at 3:00pm I walk in at 3:11 the lady walks over to the counter at 3:15 and tells me my dog can’t get groomed because they close at 6:00pm she had no compassion and tried to tell me that I set the appointment online when I told her someone should’ve told me. She was so incredibly rude. I will never come back and I hope they find more competent and respectful people to work for them.
