I have been a PakMail customer for years and absolutely love this shop! The new owners Shaleen and Sarita are terrific and brighten my day every time I see them. Rest assured your packages are in good hands. The store is clean and orderly. I also mail out items from time to time and their service is top-notch. I highly recommend PakMail in Cedar Park for all your package needs.

New owners are great! Very friendly, competitive pricing, and newly added services like design and printing. I have added some photos of some of their print work. Incredibly professional.

The store is now under new ownership, and the new owners are super friendly. The vibe of this place has totally changed, for the better!
Every time I've been here i've had a friendly and professional experience, they are very customer-oriented. Super glad they are a part of the Cedar Park community now.

Regretting why I didn’t saw those reviews before going to this location!!$170.00 for domestic over night envelope , Ridiculous!! And that guy’s attitude he doesn’t know what customer service is. Also when I went back to cancel the service once found the charges 5 times more he hand me over someone else package.Don’t know why I even went there, it was first and last time.I don’t know how come his business still exists oh ya it doesn’t do much business maybe that’s why he try to make money from customer who show up once in a while.

thought it was suspicious that a roll of tape had no price tag. get to the counter and its $7.owners are about to learn a hard lesson in business. fool me once, and you lose my business forever.

Printing was .75 per page. Outrageous! The UPS store charges 8 cents per page. The husband-and-wife team were rude. I will never go back their again. You have been warned!

The attention to the lousy public, the lady is very rude, she closes ahead of time, she sees you at the door and she doesn't see you and the iron fence she has closes in your face. It leaves a lot to be desired for that place in my life. I'll never come back again.

They post the USPS title on the front door and ship for USPS and many other carriers but would not take my stamped envelope. What is wrong with this picture.

Wanted to avoid Walmart, so I popped into PakMail for a quick purchase. I needed 5 padded mailing envelopes that were 8 X 10 in size. When I went to pay the total was $21.65. I questioned the amount because I was sure it was a mistake. Needles to say I didn’t purchase the envelopes.I crossed the street to Walmart and purchased a package of 4 for $2.65.Needless to say, I will not be doing business with PakMail in Cedar Park.

Dude behind the counter is so rude and just kept talking over me when I tried to respond to his questions. Also, by checking my tracking number for my packages and I see that they still haven't sent it out.... it's been two days!

Friendly owner whom provides good communication. You can pick up the mail in your box 24/7, however, beware of their hours as they are not open on weekends and only 10-5 M-F which makes it very difficult to pick up packages or attain service if you work or are a business owner.
