The staff was nice for 2 mins until they weren’t. Prices are fair hence the 2 stars, customer service is a zero. Their ‘third party’ delivery service is unreliable, price gouging and manager told me I was irritating the warehouse staff when trying to see if the furniture they couldn’t deliver would fit my car. :/

We had never seen one of these stores before, so we got excited when we saw it. When we walked in, everyone greeted us and said hello very nicely. We saw a couch, that we just had to have, but then an employee said very rudely “we’re closed, it’s time to leave” We didn’t know they closed at 5:30. No one said anything when we walked in at 5:25. They could’ve had a sale, or at least talked to us about coming back the next day.

I bought my perfect skinny end table here and I love it! They let me take it out of the box and it's fully assembled. Yay! It's hard to find fully assembled anything these days.

I purchased a large mirror from overstock it took two weeks to be delivered then it arrived broken, I immediately notified them it was broken, they said they would send someone to pick it up. A week later it had not been picked up after numerous calls to overstock I was told to just dispose of it myself!!! I had already told them I was a disabled senior citizen and couldn't move this large mirror plus it's BROKEN, which is dangerous. Two weeks later I am still waiting for overstock to remove this broken dangerous mirror from my place, they care about getting your money but not about the customer, there delivery time is long and drawn out for furniture and large items. If these things are delivered broken or damaged they don't care because it's your problem.

Overstock Furniture & Mattress store in Lakeline Mall is well stocked with living room and bedroom furniture. Prices are very competitive. We stopped by today to look around. Although did not make any purchases, I am sure we will buy in future.

I stopped by (Today) to look at some sofas... I only saw 1 worker she saw me... She was just on her phone laughing didn't bother to say Hi... Or even try to help us out so disappointed never going back again.

The reviews had me skeptical about visiting this store because of the service. I’m so happy I went to the store despite the negative comments.I was completely overwhelmed with the attention and care Stephanie provided me and my sister. She assisted me with finding living room and bedroom furniture. She took time and walked around to help me find exactly what I needed. Her team also went above and beyond to help me match items and even pulled out mattresses for me to lay on to test the bed and heights!The store manager was also very helpful.I’m an out of towner so I rely on reviews tremendously. I must say you can’t trust other people’s opinions on everything. Sometimes you just have to see for yourself.Thank you all for your help.

If you just moved DO NOT BUY from Overstock.Unfortunately they overwrote my new address from Apple Pay with an old one they had on file and sent my items to the wrong place. I noticed this before they created the shipping label and asked them to fix it before they shipped it (this was only 12 hours after I placed the order that would take a week to arrive). They shipped it anyways to the old address.After multiple conversations and their confirmation that the change of address had been made with the carrier... I am in Austin and my furniture in Seattle. I have just been told there is nothing they can do.

Stay away from this place! Stephanie is the worse. She sent me the wrong product and blamed it on me! We specifically discussed it and she still got it wrong because she wasn't paying attention. Then she made me keep it. Tevin and Deonte were great but stay away from Stephanie. Even with the mistake they weren't willing to exchange because all sales are final! Stephanie needs to work on her customer service I was respectful on talking to her and she just yelled at me. If you buy anything and get it delivered take a picture of it before leaving the store. After they finished setting up the table it was wobbly but Diego helped me out and made things right! Id recommend the delivery company and if you go here as for Diego or Tevin. Stay away from Stephanie she has no customer service and is always yelling across the floor room.
