I had a very positive experience in spite of waiting 45 minutes for print services - the two women working while I was there, Emily and Stephanie, were polite, hardworking, patient, and still had the ability to have a good sense of humor in spite of being (imo) seriously understaffed in the store as a whole and dealing with time-sensitive online orders on top of a long line of in-person customers. Losing a star in this review reflects on the store being understaffed and not on the individuals who helped me. I had a complex fiddly little print project and they were exceptionally patient regardless of how hectic things were. Thank you both!

I arrived at 8am to print some docs in their self service printer. It needed a code to start working so I ask someone to help me, she call someone and 30 minutes later this other person didn’t show up so I left. Worst service ever.

Store has a good variety of products to choose from. Employees are VERY helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop!

The lady at the print desk was rude when I ask her to sign me in to a self serve machine and told me I need to buy a gift card because they don't like them to do this. I just pointed to the laminated instructions that said if paying with cash ask an employee to sign you in.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. I needed same day service cards because potential clients were in demand. So I ordered $60 worth of business cards from office Depot and was not given an option of quality or paper type so I just put the design on for my logo and paid for it thinking that I was going to get at least a decent set of business cards until I could order more detailed and quality cards. So I just ordered what was available on the site. However I wish I had just waited the 7 days that other companies offered to produce good quality and sturdy printed cards. I was horrified at how these business cards turned out and how thin and flimsy they were. They are literally paper thin and I am embarrassed to give them to customers when they asked me for them. So this was a complete waste of time and money and needless to say I have ordered new business cards from somewhere else and will not be returning for any type of business to office Depot because this experience has really upset me.

Terrible customer service. Printing center is a joke, no one willing to help or do their jobs. I was the only customer there and still couldn’t get service. Will not be back to this location.

Allie in print services went above and beyond to help me manage a difficult project. She also managed to keep her composure and professionalism while concurrently managing several other customer demands in a busy store. Bravo Allie!!

We purchased a bookcase that we found, upon assembling it, had a shelf that had misdrilled holes. Upon calling customer service line, they indicated that to replace that shelf, it would take 3 months to order and ship. We reached out to the Lakeline OfficeMax and they kindly agreed to take apart their display bookcase in order to give us this shelf. Both the manager, Josh, and the sales person, Kayla, were not only professional but very kind and accommodating to help us out. Very pleased with the service at this store! Highly recommend.

I have been waiting since mid-September 2020 for business cards I ordered. On Saturday, October 26,2020, I went back into the store to get my cards, and guess what? They weren't even done. It seems as they could place a blue swath on the card as I had wanted. They had my telephone number, but NEVER called me to explain the issue. So I told them it was ok to cancel out the blue swath. They said they would print my cards right away and they would call me when they were ready. Again, they never called me. I had to call them t find out my cards were ready.Think twice before having business cards printed at this location. I mean, it took a month and a half for my 500-business cards to get printed and I would still be waiting for them if I had never called them.

The lead / manager at the printing/shipping department was extremely rude after asking a simple question and didn’t even bother to try to help us with something I’ve done multiple times. This place of business is garbage and possibly never coming back to this location ever again. Out of all the Austin locations this one was by far the most absolute worst one I’ve ever set foot in! I only came here because fedex kinkos was closed today, but next time I’ll just wait for fedex to be open than to come here again. I sure hope the general manager fixes the staffing here immediately.

I had to buy a new office chair for my home - ordered online and was ready for pick-up very quickly. I went through a couple chairs before finding one I really liked - the staff was great about helping me process returns. I will definitely purchase from them again - very good experience
