After having bloodwork done with my doctor I knew what my deficiencies were. I went to Nova Vita but had no Idea what I was doing. They were so helpful. The staff were thoughtful, considerate and experienced. The space was comfortable and relaxing. I knew I’d be back and since they allowed me to apply that service toward a membership it would have been foolish not to.The only snag I’ve come to is the center is only open M-F. I started feeling unwell on Friday evening and could’ve benefited from a Defense boost today.I would still refer anyone I know to take advantage of the services and packages offered at Nova Vita.

My location closed down without appropriate notice and now expect me to travel 5 HOURS to the nearest facility to use my remaining 2 months of service. No refund and no returned calls. I have no email confirming if my membership is even canceled. Super unorganized and poor communication. I hade to call. Alyssa the operations manager was rude and from one week to the next enforced rules that weren't in the original contract.

Love coming in especially for booster Fridays. Suggestion to help with membership: have hours on the weekend even if for half a day. Would love for the ladies to have name tags as I’m horrible with names but they remember mine ?

Had a tour here a couple weeks ago and the staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - I always have a lot of questions. I love to get a Vitamin IV when I need an immune or energy boost. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and have private rooms, if needed. Try it - they beat the competition in all the things!

This place is great! I had one of the IV drips done and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is easy to get to, the prices are better than competitors and you have rooms with TVs to relax in while you go through the process. Overall I had a positive experience there and will continue to use them.

Nova Vita wellness is the best place to go when you need that extra boost of energy/ hydration to get you going after you’ve been sick or overworked with fatigue.Nova has a wonderful staff that takes care of all your needs. Extremely friendly and they make sure you have a relaxing experience.
