It's a fun place for health nuts but it is very expensive. I found so super cool things I'd never find anywhere else but I don't think I could afford to do regular grocery shopping here. A huge vitamin, supplement, and herb section that's worth going for. The staff was super kind and helpful.

The manager working here is extremely rude. I have bought 3 items of similar kind today and she mocked me by saying I sweep away products from her store. If that is the case she could have put a sign to limit the number of items to be purchased. Also mentioned she had to keep placing orders of the product because of my purchase. Not friendly staff and made me extremely uncomfortable while billing my products.

It is very sad that there's not a lot of natural grocers in South Austin that I can go to because I love going here mostly for the supplements and a lot of the I guess bulk items that you can get especially when it comes to lentils or spices and on occasion some pretty nice snacks and some good milk options as well

I recently came in the store looking for something very specific. While I was looking for the item the manager kindly greeted me and asked me if I needed any help finding anything.
I’m a very shy person and I always feel scared to ask for help. But she was so nice and found exactly what I needed in no time at all! She was a very warm and bubbly person and made me feel comfortable asking for help where sometimes at other stores I feel like I’m bothering the staff. Im happy to have safe place to shop.

I’m saddened to see the one star reviews about the Cedar Park NG. I always am greeted pleasantly when I enter the store. I find the employees easy to talk to and ask questions. I think people that leave dissatisfied reviews are probably just grumpy, dissatisfied customers in general. People that work in the service industry work so hard at their jobs and often get a lot of disrespect from customers that expect to be treated like they are royalty. Don’t be rude to people that serve the public. And, go to NG because even though the parking lot is scary, the store is clean and the employees take great pride in what they do every day!

Friendly, great selection and high quality of items, and store feels optimistic and bright. I like the quality of their supplements (I can almost always find what I need), the knowledge of their staff, and their selection of treats (like Heavenly Organics Honey Patties and Hail Merry). Besides the great selection, my mood actually improves when I walk in the door.

Best grocery store in town!
The staff is helpful and friendly, the products are high quality, the department specialists are very knowledgeable, and the management is all of the above. Couldn't ask for more.
Highly recommend checking this place out, if you haven't already.
