2/5 stars, but gained an extra star for being the only open and semi-operating touchless drive thru car wash in 25 miles. The washer mechanism continues to soap and water while the blowers are drying, so it sprays soapy water all over your just cleaned car.
Soap and water cleaning is great. Spotless rinse seems like it's out, because even my ceramic coated vehicle wasn't beading up.
I think I'll run the basic option next time. Don't bother with the more expensive options.

In a world where it seems there's a billion auto car washes I'm glad this one is still around I like washing and waxing my car myself , the vaccumes just make it a perfect car wash for me !

I very rarely use automatic washes, but it was cold out and I paid for being lazy. If you are not perfectly center in between the rails you will destroy your wheels. Even in a relatively narrow vehicle I ended up with two damaged wheels. Technically my fault, but it is unnecessarily narrow as the actual wash equipment had plenty of room around the car. Not quite curb rash but the paint is gone in many places.

Automatic car wash was awful. Car wasn’t clean. Low pressure and very old machine. Shouldn’t have even washed it.
