I was interested in the offer for a free low configuration mobile phone with a 40$ monthly plan that I saw on their website. However, when I tried to place the order online, it didn’t go through. The website clearly stated that the phone was free, and there were three types of plans to choose from: 40, 50, and 65$. It also said that the activation was free.Since I couldn’t order online, I decided to visit the store today. When I asked for the same offer, the girl who attended me was very rude and unhelpful. She told me that I had to take the 65$ plan, pay 10$ for insurance for the first month, and pay 28$ for activation. When I told her that the website said otherwise, she replied, “Go ahead and do it on the website then.”I was very disappointed and angry with her attitude and the false advertising. I left the store and called customer support, who confirmed that the offer was valid and placed the order for me for 40$. I don’t understand why the store staff lied to me and treated me so poorly.This was the worst experience I ever had with a mobile store. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Be careful with these crooks. They are trying to rip you off and have no respect for their customers.

Went there today 12/28/23 with my son to get an upgrade. Carlos was the one that helped us. He was so friendly, informative, helpful and answered all our questions. He was also very patient with us because we were very indecisive.

My experience with your employee Fernanda was incredible. Not only was she very friendly, she helped me so much with switching to a new phone. Been fighting with (phone) customer service for over a week about services being removed, but I'm still paying for them. Supervisor after supervisor, etc.They finally claimed my phone is "broken" and to go to a store, they couldn't do anything further. I was in there less than 5 minutes before Jeong (I hope I spelled her name right) had it fixed. have both Google One and Scam Shield Premium back.
