I was measured for a wedding tux in Utah that I was supposed to pick up here in Austin. The pants were way too short and I needed a solution fast. JD working at this Lakeline location stepped up and found the only available pair in Austin that was my size and had it ready for my pick up the day before the wedding. JD was very professional and on top of everything. Ask for him if you come to this location

Highly highly disappointed, out of myself and 6 others in my buddies wedding. 2 “tailor fitted suits” actually worked.Long story short, after multiple trips back to the Lakeline mall store to be re-fitted. The grooms jacket somehow did not get put in the bag with his suit. I was asked “you didn’t check the bag?” by the store manager like I was his employee or something (why don’t you check the bag before handing it to your customer, boss man…..) After I said “ No, after the 3rd time in I would have expected it to be perfect”…. It wasn’t. I was laughed at on the phone… I’m not joking… laughed like I just told them something when I said “ I need someone to help me with this huge problem”. When asked about some sort of compensation for this huge mistake I was told, “the grooms suit was free anyway because how many suits were rented here” just sad to see this place falling apart like it has.??These folks have no clue how to be professional and absolutely, need more CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. ??

The store manager named Rey gives the best customer service possible! I have never met someone in retail who can execute customer needs and meet them with satisfaction! Rey helped me pick out style, size, and color while staying within my budget! He informed me on current sales going on and offered to complete my boyfriend's look for a special occasion! Sweet, handsome, and well organized, this store and it's staff are competent, patient and extremely efficient! Thank you, Rey Garcia!

The entire staff has been attentive and helpful. I am working with the manager Rey, and he has been as good as they come. He perfectly tailored me a vest between the second and third meetings and my experience there couldn’t have been better. 100% recommend to anyone to use this location for any and all needs in men’s attire.

I was worried about getting a nice outfit for a funeral with a short amount of time. I know it can be annoying with walking in within the minute of opening which I feel uncomfortable doing, but Dre welcomed me and provided incredible service the moment I walked in the door. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable the second I walked in. He was very professional and informative. He was patient with me and made sure I felt confident in what I was wearing before walking out the door. I truly appreciate the incredible service and outfit Dre provided me.I will be returning to this specific location moving forward, not just for special occasions but also my work attire.Thank you, Dre. I truly appreciate you.

Store Manager Rey Garza was completely unprofessional and inept in his role. Multiple issues arose when ordering a custom suit for my wedding and the rentals for the groomsmen. Rey would hide and not address issues not wanting to speak with me directly, ultimately leading to one worst customer experiences. He even tried refusing to sell my own suit for my wedding a week before the ceremony. Do not trust this store nor Men's Wearhouse as whole with one of you most important events of your life. Men's Wearhouse and Tailored Brands should strive to people with professionalism and courtesy in managerial roles. Not cowardice.

This store, and the quite frankly this company is an absolute joke. Take your business elsewhere if at all possible. Manager at Lakeline Mall store in Austin, TX is extremely unprofessional, dodges phone calls, and takes no accountability for issues created by store.My husband originally ordered a custom suit for our destination wedding. We had to explore other options when we were told the suit may not be there in time. We were always very transparent that if the suit arrived in time, we would repurchase at full price. After complaining to the custom suit department that we were accused of trying to get a free suit by the store manager, we were told by an internal employee Ozzy, that he would be reimbursing us for the $100 we spent on alterations through a third party. He has now come back 2 months later and back tracked on his offer. Stating that he can no longer offer the reimbursement that was offered, but can instead give us store credit. I am in shock at the level of unprofessionalism from this company. His reasoning is that my fiancé was upset when in the store, and this manager states he did nothing wrong. So be aware, that Men’s Warehouse may very well discriminate against people of color, and make baseless accusations of trying to get free products. Read the reviews of this location. This manager has several documented occurrences of being rude to customers.

Kaiya was the saving grace to my wedding day. Picked up my suit from a different location only to find it was the wrong size. Decided to go to a different location so I came to Lakeline. Kaiya was very knowledgeable and was able to get my suit situated that day so I didn’t have to wait and hope it would be ready in time for my wedding. This experience definitely secured my business in the future. I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re in the austin area!

Not impressed with the customer service at this location. My husband needed pants altered. He has been aa customer of Men's Wearhouse for decades. This is the one time that he needed alteration on a suit that wasn't purchased there. Which my husband explained when we entered. The girl at the front said since it was just the hem on the pants it would be no problem, could probably be done right away while we wait and had him out the pants on. After that pants are on, the next girl tells him they won't do the alterations. My husband tells her what the first girl said so she asks the mgr. The manager was borderline rude. Making excuses why it can't be done. Just because you are short staffed doesn't mean you can't be pleasant and maybe train your remaining employees so that they are all on the same page. Do yourself a favor and take your tailoring needs upstairs to the alterations shop, even if you bought them at Men's Wearhouse.

I was shopping for a sports jacket. They have always had a nice selection of clothing. Only one staff member dressed and looked professional. He looked like the type of person you would trust with helping you select a suit. The others not so much. The employee that did finally assist me seemed disinterested. I left without purchasing anything.
