“We have purchased two mattresses from this location, and we have loved both of them. We recently upgraded to a king from a queen and continued to use the same metal frame. Come to find out, we needed middle support for our frame cause the middle of the mattress was caving in. Brian got us a new frame to try and see if that would fix our issue, and it 100% did. I highly recommend talking to Brian if you're looking for a new mattress. Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to.”

“We were shopping around for a new mattress and visited the Cedar Park location where we were greeted and assisted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman by the name of Mr. Walker. He spent a good deal of time with us, helped us get exactly what we wanted, presented us with a nice discount, then helped us choose a great chair for the bedroom, also with a nice discount. The bed and chair were delivered exactly as promised by a very nice and hard-working young man by the name of Mauricio Ruiz. We live in a very hilly area of Lago Vista with extremely steep driveways but Mauricio was able to use his impressive strength to get everything unloaded and delivered to our room. Overall, we are abundantly impressed with the quality of everything we purchased and even more satisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy we were afforded by Mr. Walker and Mr. Ruiz. We highly recommend this company and will return immediately when we require more of their impressive inventory. Thank you so much and have a great day…”

“This was our first sleep number bed purchase. Our first visit was with Kevin (manager) and he was very helpful and we placed the order. The next day we met with some close friends who have had a sleep number bed for years and they talked us into the version they had. So we then needed to change our order. That was a struggle. The first customer service agent didn't seem very knowledgable and was not understanding how to use the discounts we got from the original order. So we decided to go back to the store. We worked with Tom and Tom was great!!! He helped us with changing the order, getting the right discounts applied, and ensuring we ordered the right stuff. Unfortunately, we had to work through customer service - again - to actually make the order changes...which was yet another struggle. Seems to me, they should just let the store agents make changes??? After an odd amount of work, we finally got it right (we hope). Fortunately, we went through this hassle as we discovered that the original order was wrong so who knows what hassles that would have created when the order was delivered! Whew, dodged a bullet there we think. Anyway, we are looking forward to getting our new bed and trying it out! VERY hopeful it will lead to blissful sleep!”
