Shop elsewhere!! MACY'S at Lakeline Mall Cedar Park states online they close at 9:00 p.m. Yet the mall closes at 8:00 p.m. Therefore if you park at other end of mall They will tell you one must walk outside in dark parking lot to entrance that normally closes at 8:00 if security allows you in.. They will NOT unlock Macy's door so you can walk safely through mall. What a joke. Not all malls this rude. Macys will go out of business soon enough.

Racks of clothes sit outside the fitting room that don't get put away. The floor is extremely dirty. Inside the mens fitting room the carpet is full of tiny needles from the security tags . I had one go through my shoe and was lucky it was on the side because it would have gone completely into my foot. When I told the Store manager he didn't care and said "well, There isn't anyone working".

I'm a huge Macy's fan but today I was very disappointed with the selection of plus size clothing. First of all, it's been a while since I have shopped the store in person. I didn't realize they had moved women's plus size to downstairs but when I got to the location, there was such a small selection. On top of that, everything looks really dated such as clothing for much older people. Please update your plus size selection with the same top brands as misses sizes.

I walked in expecting to buy a dress, but instead probably left with a case of lice. This store is dirtier than 6th Street after the ROT Rally. The first thing that greets you when you enter is this loud metal clanging. That's the escalator protesting its existence within the store. I would soon join that protest. The clothes are no longer organized by brand or frankly, organized at all. They are all combined together - garage sale style - on racks and the racks are just scattered all over the store. That is, the clothes are that actually hung. Many are just thrown on shelving, on tops of racks, and there are piles of clothes on the floor.

WTH has happened to Macy's??? I used to love shopping here. It was always so clean and organized. I went in today and was absolutely dumbfounded. The store was dirty. The entire store looked like a bomb exploded. All the clothes on the racks were not displayed according to size. All sizes were just mixed up. I thought the closer I got to the front of the store the better it would be. I was wrong. The entire store looked like a discount store. My favorite brand, INC, had "old lady" clothes. There was nothing attractive or fashionable. I have never been so disappointed to see my favorite store reduced to a Ross.

Ok store, A little cluttered not the cleanest. My wife said the dressing rooms were disgusting. Definitely not enough staff. Cloths on the floor and tons of racked clothes outside the dressing room waiting to be put back on the shelves.

I have been a Macy’s shopper for many years, I live 45 minutes away from the Cedar Park Macy’s store and I always keep coming here. The store it’s messy, clutter everywhere, even Walmart has it better than this store. I can tell this store needs better management and fast! Even the new cashiers are in great need retraining. To the young African American cashier in Backslash please find another job because you are not people’s friendly, you have no clue of customer service, you don’t know what courtesy is. You don’t even wear your name tag! I was serviced by her for the second time and my last because next time I see her at the register I will run away to find a different register. Macy’s please get it together you used to be a high end store now I compare you to ross!

I used to love shopping here and I really miss the experience. This place has become so junky and cluttered. The backstage area is cheap and looks like a Marshalls. There are one or two nice ladies working in the women's dept, but they appear to be staffed too thin.

Went to this macys last week for online order pickup, and it was a frustrating and worst experience with order pickup, they have one counter for online order pickup and for returns,. two employees to help and one was occupied with the couple of ladies the whole time, that's more than an hour, dunno what was the issue but they were there at the counter before I stood in line, so it was just one lady who was handling, and so many people to return there thanksgiving shopping, so ended up waiting more than an hour. Wish they have separate counter god online order pickup orders, at least around holidays.

I haven't been shopping at a mall in a long time but this is NOT how a place is run, is it? I understand the staffing shortage but dang people! I only saw a few associates in 3 different departments. I wanted to trybon a pair of shoes, you would have thought I asked the lady to skin a cat! She seemed so upset to be doing anything! The shoes didn't fit and I felt uncomfortable asking for another size. We left and went to the Domain location, completely different experience! Skil this location if you can!

Macys at Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, TX is thoroughly disgusting. Carpets are so stained and dirty that it repulsed me. The clothing was sparsely scattered and disorganized. Not sure when it got this way, but Dillards in the same mall was as always.. impeccable. What has happened to this store??

Went shopping here for men's clothes and was super disappointed. First, not a great selection to choose from in general and then can't find much in my size. When I finally did find some jeans in my size, I tried them on in what may be the most disgusting fitting room that I have even been in. It is closer to a truck stop bathroom than a fitting room. Actually smells of urine. Definitely a better experience at the Dillards in this mall.

Whatever happened to Macy's?? The atmosphere has taken a deep dive into Ross Stores! Clutter everywhere, no sales clerks in sight, can't find the dressing rooms! It does not feel like a high end store anymore, very sad!!!

Covid is basically over so businesses can stop using this excuse to rationalize offering customers sub-par experiences. Do they even have employees? I genuinely don't know since I didn't see a single person the entire time I was here. Granted, I stayed in the formal dress area but the state of this place requires immediate attention. The dressing rooms were open, which is good, the problem is that it hasn't been cleaned since 2020 when the pandemic hit. These dressing rooms are disgusting. They expect me to buy a $129 dress when the place looks worse than Walmart? That's assuming Walmart is filthy, which it's not and in fact is immaculate compared to this Macy's. Half of the dress inventory is on the dressing room rack stuffed in and hanging off hangers. I felt like I was in a third world country. Walked out and didn't purchase anything.
