No wonder this place has 2 stars . It’s ran by rude management who pick and choose who to like and treat with respect. Not to mentions all the piercing infections this place has had. Who wants fake jewelry anyways ? They always have sales because no one wants to go in without a deal. All the young ladies seem nice but don’t look happy ever . The manager needs to be replaced with someone who doesn’t have an attitude and can actually attract customers with a positive attitude. It’s an uncomfortable environment. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Wow! Surprised to read the other reviews. We had a great experience there. Went on a Saturday to get a second piercing and to get my son and daughter's ears pierced. The clerk (name started with a T , I think) greeted us immediately and walked us through the process. She was patient with my daughter, who was a little nervous and talked through each step as she worked so there would be no surprises. She was gentle and professional. We shopped for some jewelry after getting our piercing done and she was helpful to us and to the other customers and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend it for a simple ear piercing.

I got my ears pierced here a week ago and now it’s infected and stuck inside my ear, went back and staff had no idea what to do said it was fine, would not recommend.

Went in with the thought of getting my ear pierced, ended up leaving with 2 piercings! The manager Shakeidra and her assistant Carleshia Jones were very helpful, I would not have done it without them. They seriously motivated me and answered any questions I had; I'd highly recommend going here for your piercings.

I neverrrr write reviews so for me to do this I hope it warns people. This place has really pretty jewelry appealing to the eye but it very cheap and will not last. Bought earrings from here and the next day the back of the earring came off at first try of removal, same thing with choker chain is very cheap and snapped almost instantly. Don’t waste your money on this place they will not offer refund or exchanges

"I had a terrible experience at this store on 3/27 at 7:40 pm CST. The staff member I interacted with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this store. I hope that the management takes my feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service and pricing practices.To make matters worse, the store engaged in price gouging and lied about discounts. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unethical. And at the end, when I was about to pay, started behaving petty and making itwhen I asked for a spare bag for the two gifts I purchased she flat out refused and told me that "the store" does not engage in this "practice", since when is handing out a spare bag a practice? and to top it all off, she has rushed me to get out the store.

Worst experience ever! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time November 22, 2022 around 1pm and the lady had a nasty attitude from the beginning. Her behavior was highly unprofessional; she was extremely rude to myself, my sister and my nephew. I did not feel comfortable with her and felt she would hurt my child. We left and I will never go back and I advise everyone to avoid going there as well.
