Dr Angee Ong and MA Aycheli., were awsome, kind and make you feel comfortable. They were careful, they really listen to your concerns and answer all your questions. I told Dr ONG I have never feel comfortable in this kind of appointments in my life, until I met them. They really care about you and they are professional.

Been going here for 3 + yrs and never had and issue until they forced us to vaccinate our kids. When I said I would not, they told us we were no longer a fit for their practice.! If 2020, and forcing vaccines on people was not a well enough example. I can confidently say they did me a favor.

Is almost impossible to reach a live person. Unbelievably frustrating. I guess the medical industry as a whole has become this way. You would think for as much as it cost we would be treated with respect and dignity. Not anymore. It’s like a conveyor belt hop on and go for the ride they want you on whether you like it or not. Please let me know if anyone finds an old school Doctor out there. Oh then, I have to hope they except my insurance ! Crazy!

Dr. Chao & Nurse Mayra and the absolute B.E.S.T!! Professional. Kind. Patient. Thoughtful. Comforting. I wish all doctors could be like Dr Chao and Nurse Mayra is so sweet and thoughtful. Instantly both put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk is incompetent and I don’t know how they even could find a job. They lie and they’re very unprofessional. Their phone doesn’t work.As for the doctor, I couldn’t even see her because they wanted to reschedule my appointment twice. One of them was half an hour(!) before my appointment. That’s unacceptable. I work full-time and I arrange my work schedule and meetings according to these appointments, then they ask to reschedule because the doctor isn’t available??I scheduled my first appointment in January and I still haven’t seen a doctor. No wonder almost all Lone Star Circle of Cares have awful ratings. Don’t even consider this place, find another one.

got there 10 minutes early, couldn't find the office. no signage, not in the directory, and no one to answer the phones. so 10 minutes late and now the doctor is gone. what a waste of time.

Dr. Brenda Chao is amazing. She is thorough and has great communication skills. The front desk is unprofessional and needs additional training.
