Truly great service. They had me in and out within 2 days and for the quality of work I'm very pleased with that. The warranty is really good and the loaner car they were able to get me into was clean and very very very nice, so much to the fact I'm currently looking into getting one in the near future (7 series). The only thing that I'd like to point out is that the owner was a bit curt with me and my wife but in no way was he disrespectful or mean, but honestly wasn't that big of a deal. Lastly pricing was good, I have an 07 BMW 530xi estate and with the work that needed doing cost was very fair, especially since they are specialists in my car's brand. Typically specialists are always going to cost a bit more, but I don't believe that I would have gotten a better price anywhere else. Thank you guys for your quick and, more importantly, quality service!

Just moved into town was recommended by plenty of locals, took my 2013 BMW in for service. Very helpful shop , they don’t pressure at all work at your convenience, very transparent with there process. Josh and Haleigh were very helpful , fixed my problem and also gave me a long term plan to best upkeep and preserve my vehicle. Overall great communication high quality service. Will be back in next Tuesday for further work. Thanks again to Josh and Haleigh and the rest of the team.

Very happy customer and I will continue to use Lindsey Bimmer Service! Recent work done on e36 M3 was just awesome, feels and drives like a new car! Friendly and very knowledgeable, besides some maintenance items, they identified and resolved engine stutter issue and did some suspension work. Great communication, great service. I've been using them ever since I owned a bimmer and when we got my son a foreign car, they were the only place I wanted to bring it.Love how they always give me the best recommendations, keeping in mind that some work may not be urgent but being sure to tell me when others are.I highly recommend Josh, Haleigh, and the team they have there! They know their stuff!

These guys are awesome, I called last minute because of a dead battery. In typical BMW fashion nothing is ever simple and the battery has to be paired with the car and a technician needs to do it. They said they were a little short staffed but said I could come by anyway and they would take care of it. As always these guys are great.

Lindsey Bimmer taken care of my Mercedes for about 5 years or so. Not once have I had any issues with their services. Josh is very honest person and will always give me his best advice in regards to anything concerning my car. Working with him has given me a lot of peace of mind and has been a very enjoyable experience over the years. I very recommend Lindsey Bimmer to anyone.

If you own a bmw, forget the dealers exist and take it straight here . Informative and very friendly staff, good pricing, and quick service ! Dropped my 4 series off in the morning to get my brakes done here last Wednesday and was told it would be ready by mid afternoon. I got a call 2 hrs later at 10am saying it was ready. Fast and honest service. Nice and knowledgeable people, easy to work with. Genuine parts prices were the same as I would buy from a dealer or other place. Labor prices are reasonable.I have big respect for people who become owners of their business and are still involved in direct communication and services they provide to their clients.If you can fix it yourself - do it, but if you need a knowledgeable shop for your euro vehicle, this is a place to go.Thank you for fixing my vehicle!

Had my 2019 X5 serviced here for an oil change and service light reset. I was a walk in. No appointment, though they do offer a key drop system to leave your car. I'm very particular on who works on my car. My dealer service warranty was up and I usually do my own work. But I wanted to maintain my drivetrain warranty so I needed a professional. The folks at Lindsey BMW are good. Work was done in about 2 hours. Called to inform me and the price was reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable. I will consider them for future service. Michael C. Went for an oil change and had a few questions about certain minor issues with the car... The oil change was fine even though I had to ask them to reset the computer after it was done... Something that should have been done automatically without asking.... As far as the other things I asked about, I won't go into too much detail, but let's just say that first impressions mean a lot. There's did not in any way she'll five star service... Plus it doesn't help when you're condescending and it's noticeable... Given their high rating online, I guess I just expected different when I walked in there....
