Beware of their oil change service! I’m a 19 year old girl, so people feel inclined to con me out of money quite often when it comes to car maintenance, however this time my guard was down and I forgot to ask how much the service would be, tell them I wanted the cheapest oil, all that good stuff. I asked for a simple oil change, which is all the car needed. I showed up, waited an hour and a half, and was charged around 80 dollars. When I asked why the service was so expensive I was told it came with “filtration and rotating services”? This is a 2023 Corolla and the very first oil change, so those services were completely unnecessary. Kristine is a sweetheart, but I’m absolutely never coming here again and I implore others to do the same.

I had a very pleasant experience here and I noticed they treated a variety of different customers with kindness and respect. I had a leak in my tire and it was fixed quickly at a reasonable cost. Wish the WiFi was faster but that’s it. :)

I went into Lambs Tire and Automotive expecting the same thing I’d always received. What I got was 180 degrees opposite of my perceived expectations. I got friendly, helpful assistance. I was told that my car would take a few hours to repair. Would I like a ride home? They called me an Uber, and paid for it.I appreciate good service but I value excellent and I am going to shine a very bright light on great service.

Received absolutely no information on the job they did for me. A simple rear brake job. Mechanic was absolutely unhelpful and had no answers to the questions I asked about how the brake pads looked that were replaced. Left there and not five minutes into my drive I could still hear my rear brakes squeaking. I think I will take my business else where next time I need a simple job done.

I want to thank owner, Jeff Martin. For his response to my recent experience at his location. He apologized for losing my lug nut master key. I repect the integrity shown. So I retract my usage of the word scammers in my original review. He personally supervised the installation of a new replacement lug nut master key set. He was very professional. For this reason, I would like to give 5 star review.

Amazing Customer Service! Awesome communication! Nice to come out and not have any surprises. They do what they say they will.They always fit me in and my truck is always ready same day.I will continue to take my truck here for everything...inspection, tires, and maintenance!!

Waited an hour and a half for an inspection to be told that the system was down and they couldn't inspect my vehicle. I would've been a bit more understanding had the people working there been even a little friendly.

Very friendly staff, and comfortable atmosphere. It's a repair shop so don't think you are gonna be in and out quick. They take their time and try do it right so worth the wait. Sam is awesome and has taken great care of me every time I have been in there from oil changes to new tires. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I’ve used lambs for years, but at other locations until I moved to cedar park. I’ve had two very different experiences at this location.1. I brought my sedan in for an inspection and to replace two tires that had damage. Sam was very friendly and efficient, got the tires in same day, ordered me an Uber home, car ready that afternoon. Great experience2. Brought my RAV4 in for an inspection and oil change. A different associate who was more sales like and rude to his colleagues took care of me. Told me 45 min wait, I decided to wait there. He came back with the typical additional service recommendations: air filter, fluid change etc. I took him up on it. After 2 hours my car hadn’t even started work and he came back that it needed a tire alignment, I agreed as the car had been pulling to the right intermittently. But I had to leave for an appointment so called my wife to pick me up. While at my appointment he called and recommended I get my brakes replaced (but not that they NEEDED it, he just said it wouldn’t hurt) but didn’t have an estimate prepared, so he had to call back. At this point they still hadn’t even finished what I came in for originally and it was mid afternoon. He then called back and I declined the extra $1000 attempted addition and had my wife drop me back off a little later when he estimated it would be done. I waited another hour on site, then when trying to pay, their card terminal wouldn’t take my card and capital one and Lambs couldn’t agree over who was at fault. Eventually I was able to pay by manually typing my card numbers into their computer system, as the card was not declined it was erroring saying “pay terminal side error”. This experience was very frustrating and I would plan to bring this car to the dealership for work in the future like I had done in the past, as this felt like your typical up charging small mechanic vibe, a 180 flip from my previous experience.If you’re going to use this location, make an appointment with Sam

I had both my Jeep and Ford F150 Services here:1. Expect everything to take 4x longer2. Expect Everything to cost 2x more3. Expect the work to be minimal at best4. Expect Scheduling to messed up and late5. What ever you instruct one person on, Expect No one else to know thatJust not worth the trouble, go any where else

I'd rate this 0 stars if that was an option. Lambs as a whole leaves so much to be desired as an auto service company, but today's experience at the N Bell Cedar Park. I walked in at 7:00 this morning stating I needed an oil change, and I opted for a tire rotation at their suggestion. I left my truck with them and asked for a call when it was ready, expecting them to need a few hours based on the cars already in the lot from the previous day. At 3:00 today I called and asked for the status, I was told she wasn't positive, but it should be ready by now. So I get a ride up there and have to wait on Sam to help me. He tells me they have been busy and he needs a little more time. As if 8 hours isn't enough time to change the oil in a half ton truck! I took my keys and told him he's had 8 hours and I will find another time and place to get it done. The less than halfhearted apology was definitely not well received by me, and it's not the first time I've experienced his BS. Unfortunately my company has an account at Lambs for basic service work, otherwise I'd never step foot in there! Moral of the story is Lambs has turned into such a terrible place and many of the people have horrible customer service skills. Do not go waste your time and money there, especially the North Bell location in Cedar Park!

I needed a state inspection, which they performed quickly and professionally. Then they told me I needed a new air filter (and just a month before, I'd had my car get an oil change up the street, and when they supposedly checked my car out thoroughly, they said nothing about the air filter. Or the battery, which unexpectedly died 3 weeks later. So.)So the gentlemen at Lamb's ordered the filter, and within an hour of getting home, the filter was in. Took me two days to come back to get it installed, and they were super nice about calling to remind me every day. Brought it in at noon on a Saturday--pretty much the busiest time right? But the gentleman at the front desk grabbed the air filter that minute, marched outside, and installed it in two minutes! I'm so happy with their work, I suspect next time I need new tires I'll come here instead, because they take care of pretty much everything free for life when you buy your tires there. Alignment, rotation, air pressure checks, the whole 9 yards.Thank you, Lamb's, I'll be back and I'll recommend you to everyone.

Had an appointment at 8am truck for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection on my truck. I called at 2 for a status update, “it’s being worked on now.” 4pm I get a call to say it was done. I asked if the inspection was done….it was not. 5pm I get a call to say it’s ready. At the time of payment, I ask if the tires were rotated. They assured me it was, but it was not. The mechanic told me that he didn’t do it because the tires “looked good.” Jeff (manager) discounted my ticket $25. Thanks. Key in hand, I walk out to my truck to see grease from the mechanic all over the doors, hood, bumper and arm rest of my truck. This is not a work truck! I clean my truck weekly!Jeff did apologize to me, but…come on!After 20 years of being a customer, because of this and several other issues I’ve had in the past with Lambs, I’m done. Won’t ever be back.
