Incorrect office hours on Google. They are aware and don't care. Won't even let you wait in their waiting room during their lunch hour.

Nice clean facility. It's in a larger building, which is a part of a larger medical complex. I had an appointment and was seen fairly quickly once checked in. Lady at the front was nice, although she was the only one working there. I went on a Friday, and there was minimal rush.

Will never go to this place again. The billing department is very rude and not ready to help. It's better to have robots than these staffs. They have submitted insurance claim with wrong primary charge code because of which my insurance coverage doesn't apply and LabCorp is not ready to correct it. This test was ordered by Village Medical.

Sad to say the WEB page for scheduling appointments was not working. I called and finally got a live person. As I explained my problem, she hung up on me. I was not rude, cussing or loud. what the heck??!?!?!?! that is terrible service.

So much better than CPL!!! They are nice, easy to schedule & email you results quickly. I think their testing is more accurate than CPL too. Highly, highly recommended!

I arrived 4 minutes before closing and still was treated exceptionally well. Deidre was really skilled at drawing blood. It was nearly pain-free. Really impressed with the whole experience.

it’s fine, it’s a lab. they’re a little hard to find (third floor of building C, turn left when you come out of the elevator) and they only had one person working so i had to wait a little (i don’t mind, just not the kind of place you go if you’re in a hurry. they’re closed for lunch from 12-1p which is something to be aware of. the place is clean, the employee was very nice, and it was overall a good experience.

Dont waste your time go to quest diagnostics i always making drug test in quest but this time i made my drug test in labcorp at 07/27 they say results will be in 24-48hour today is 08/03 and still no results avoid this company at any cost it is waste of your time and money!

Staff very friendly! Got me on the first stick, thank goodness! Got a little lost so i’ll break it down for anyone else who needs help, Building C, third floor, take a right out of the elevator and then a left, first door on the right :)

Just went to LabCorp today and there is a sign saying that they are temporarily closed. When I called their phone number the day before, there was no mention of this location being temporarily closed on their voicemail. The voicemail basically said you do not need an appointment to go.When I looked at Google, there was no update that this location was temporarily closed. LabCorp should be more courteous to the public and let them know that this location is temporarily closed, especially since there are not very many LabCorps in this area.

I'd give zero if possible. Tried calling and could only access automated info. Tried finding info on the site online. Arrived and this was just posted on the door.Could stating you are closed online or in your automated answering message be that hard? What a waste of time.

Tried calling for directions because location is very very hard to find. Lady answered the phone and was rude from the start. She gave me the general direction and I was clearly bothering her. 10 mins later still couldn't find location, tried calling back 5 times in 30 mins. I know she Sall my number and purposely didn't answer. When I finally arrived, she immediately tried to make me wear a mask. You CANNOT mandate mask's in TEXAS! I felt very uncomfortable and in welcome. Will not use them again, very unpleasant
